(NASDAQ:CNQR) price target has been increased by Baird raised its price target after the Government Accountability Office (GAO) decision that the company should continue to be sole source GSA provider of a $1.42 billion ETS2 contract. The contract has a worth of nearly $93 million per year over 15 years to Concur. Shares keep an Outperform rating on the stock.
