Manitowoc Co. Inc. (NYSE:MTW): Following a management meeting, Goldman has increased conviction that Manitowoc Co. Inc., will have a marginal upside. The firm said that crane pricing is accelerating and that food services will be able to achieve cost savings. Shares are Buy rated.
Radian Group Inc. (NYSE:RDN): Radian Group Inc., mortgage insurance subsidiary, Radian Guaranty, reported primary new insurance was written for $3.75 billion. This began the primary delinquent inventory of 97,012 and ended with 94,823.
Oshkosh Corporation (NYSE:OSK): Given expectations for a sharp deceleration of earnings due to vehicle spending cuts in the United States military and high street expectations for access equipment growth, Goldman reiterated their Sell rating on Oshkosh Corporation.
VeriFone Systems, Inc (NYSE:PAY): Piper Jaffray said that VeriFone’s third quarter results were held back by the fire in Brazil and the movement of currency. The firm believes the company’s long-term story remains intact and that shares in the low $30’s, offer a good entry point. Piper reiterates an Overweight rating on their stock with a $42 price target.
Cabela’s Inc. (NYSE:CAB): Following a victory, by Mitt Romney in the presidential election, Wells Fargo believes that Cabela’s Inc., could experience some volatility. Wells thinks that this would create a unique buying opportunity, given the company’s goal of building new stores, improving new store returns, and the prospect of a turn, in the direct business, over time. The firm maintains an Outperform rating on their stock.
