(NYSE:TWC): SportsNet released a statement saying, “Despite our best efforts and their customers’ demands, Dish Network has elected not to carry Time Warner Cable SportsNet and Time Warner Cable Deportes.” Currently, Dish Network has nearly 609,000 subscribers in the L.A. market.

(NYSE:DIS): Today, Disney Interactive has announced that the “Disney Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two” will be made available; this is the sequel to the popular “Disney Epic Mickey” video game. “Disney Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two” will be available for the Wii™ system from Nintendo, the Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft and the PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system should be made available for the Nintendo’s Wii U™ system from 30th November 2012. Furthermore, “Disney Epic Mickey: Power of Illusion,” which is the first Nintendo 3DS™ title for “Disney Epic Mickey,” has been available at major retailers nationwide.
