General Electric Company’s (NYSE:GE) GE Healthcare has reported a partnership with governmental agency Australian Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organization regarding its investigational PET imaging agent. Terms of the arrangement include the provision by GE Healthcare of its investigational imaging agent to the agency for use in the Australian Imaging, Biomarker & Lifestyle Flagship Study of Ageing, which mission is to discover which biomarkers, cognitive characteristics, and health and lifestyle factors might determine subsequent development of symptomatic Alzheimer’s disease.
Hewlett-Packard Company (NYSE:HPQ) says that its 3PAR Storage solution has grown the information tech and performance of the Red Bull Racing Formula One team, whose chassis are designed, engineered and manufactured by Red Bull Technology. The H-P solution both allows the former to quickly respond to the increasing demands of Formula One racing, and to maintain its lead in the competition, as well.
