Shares of NetApp Inc. (NASDAQ:NTAP) jumped almost 8 percent on heavy volume after announcing it expects fourth quarter sales to come in between $1.645 billion and $1.725 billion. Analysts are expecting about $1.68 billion in sales.
CBS Corp. (NYSE:CBS) shares dropped 2.7 percent in late trading. The company said fourth quarter profits increased 26 percent, but revenue decreased 3 percent. Net earnings for the company were $356 million (53 cents per share), compared to $283 million (41 cents per share) a year earlier.

CF Industries Holdings Inc. (NYSE:CF) fell 1.8 percent after the closing bell. The company reported net income of $438.9 million ($6.66 per share), compared to $200.3 million ($2.78 per share) in the previous year. However, analysts expected earnings of $6.77 per share. Shares of Potash Corp. (NYSE:POT) and Agrium Inc. (NYSE:AGU) also declined in extended trading.
Marriott International Inc. (NYSE:MAR) shares edged .63 percent lower after announcing fourth quarter results. The company earned $141 million (41 cents per share), compared to $173 million (46 cents per share) a year earlier.

Nvidia Corp. (NASDAQ:NVDA) shares dropped more than 5 percent. The tech company reported fourth quarter profits of $116 million (19 cents per share), compared to $171.7 million (29 cents per share) a year earlier. Furthermore, the company gave a weaker-than-expected outlook for the current quarter. Shares of Intel Corp. (NASDAQ:INTC) also edged lower in late trading.
