The Kroger Co. (NYSE:KR): Ahead of Kroger’s Q1 results on June 14, Deutsche Bank says the stock offers excellent value at current levels with limited downside. The firm sees upward earnings revisions and a possible dividend increase as potential catalysts and keeps a Buy rating on Kroger with a $28 price target.
Air Products & Chemicals Inc. (NYSE:APD): Deutsche Bank believes Air Products’ (NYSE:APD) valuation discount to Praxair (NYSE:PX) could narrow over the next 12 months and finds the valuation on the stock as attractive at current levels. The firm maintains a Buy rating on Air Products with a $100 price target after meeting with the company’s management.
Harley-Davidson, Inc. (NYSE:HOG): Citigroup’s dealer channel checks indicate Harley-Davidson’s U.S. retail sales were up 7%-9% in May, an uptick from April, while inventory levels are low. Citi continues to believe the valuation for Harley-Davidson is attractive and keeps a Buy rating on the stock with a $61 price target.
Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL): William Blair said its recent channel checks across North America indicate initial signs of Apple’s (NASDAQ:AAPL) momentum being under pressure, particularly at Verizon (NYSE:VZ), who the firm believes is aggressively marketing competing 4G devices. William Blair thinks this was the first quarter where the iPhone was not the best-selling smartphone at a North American mobile operator since the phone’s launch. While Apple maintained the top position at AT&T (NYSE:T) and Sprint (NYSE:S), Motorola’s Droid RAZR MAXX was the bestselling smartphone at Verizon, William Blair says. However, the firm maintains an Outperform rating shares of Apple, saying it’s not worried the company will concede its top position in North America any time soon.
Under Armour, Inc. (NYSE:UA): Morgan Stanley removed Under Armour from its Best Ideas List based on valuation and lack of near-term catalysts. Shares remain Overweight rated with a $116 price target.
