Asml Holding N.V. (NASDAQ:ASML) has no intentions of holding Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation stake as long-term investment, nor is it interested in selling stakes in firm to investors, or customers. Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company has no plans to issue new shares for the purpose of fund raising. Shares closed up 2.16 percent on the day at $55.75, and have traded in a 52-week range of $30.65 to $54.82.
Grupo Aeroportuario (NYSE:ASR) reported that the Puerto Rico Public-Private Partnership Committee declared Aerostar Airport Holdings the winner of a public bidding process, to become the private operators of the Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport in San Juan. Aerostar Airport Holdings is a limited liability company that is owned in halves by ASUR and Highstar Capital IV, and is expected to enter into a 40-year lease contract for the airport with the Puerto Rico Ports Authority. Under the terms of its bid, Aerostar Airport Holdings will make an initial payment of about $615 million to the Puerto Rico Ports Authority, which is expected to be funded by a combination of financing and equity contributions on an equal basis from each of ASUR and Highstar Capital IV. ASUR says that it is currently looking at the accounting treatment of its investment in Aerostar. Shares closed up 7.84 percent on the day at $85.70, and have traded in a 52-week range of $47.79 to $83.53.
Athenahealth, Inc. (NASDAQ:ATHN) projects its fiscal year 2012 revenue as between $425 million and $430 million, against a consensus of $428.79 million. Shares closed down 1.36 percent on the day at $87.18, having been traded in a 52-week range of $40.79 to $89.83.
Black Diamond (NASDAQ:BDE) has awarded several promotions, along with making key new hires in support of continued growth and to reinforce its apparel team for a Fall 2013 product intro. Mark Ritchie was promoted to Black Diamond’s newly formed position of Chief Operating Officer, and joins Chief Executive Peter Metcalf and Chief Financial Officer Robert Peay as one of three senior executive officers of the firm. For almost 20 years, Ritchie has thoughtfully led the formidable worldwide operational platform which supports the complex, yet highly efficient, modern units of Black Diamond Equipment, Gregory Mountain Products and now POC. Shares closed down 0.19 percent on the day at $10.41, and have traded in a 52-week range of $6.00 to $10.62.
Cass Information Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:CASS) posts second quarter earnings of 57 cents, versus 55 cents one year ago. Shares closed down 3.35 percent on the day at $40.78, having been traded in a 52-week range of $29.76 to $42.48.
