(NYSE:ARP): Atlas Resource Partners (NYSE:ARP) announced that the acquisition of certain DTE Energy (NYSE:DTE) assets include approximately 35 MMboe of proven reserves and substantial resource potential in the Fort Worth basin in Texas.
