Pfizer Inc. (NYSE:PFE): FDA rules require that makers of generic drugs test a sample of brand name versions in order to get approval for their drugs. The Washington Post reports that the Federal Trade Commission and the United States Senate are looking into whether pharmaceutical companies are using a loophole to prevent generic drug makers from obtaining the needed samples of brand name drugs.

Procter & Gamble Co. (NYSE:PG) is switching its battery-operated forklift fleets at three of its facilities to ones powered with ‘greener’ hydrogen fuel cells. Manufacturing units in California, Louisiana and North Carolina will be the first to use the improved forklifts, with Plug Power (NASDAQ:PLUG) providing the new tech.
