AOL, Inc. (NYSE:AOL): For those of you new to this story, Vringo is suing Google (GOOG), AOL (AOL), Gannett (GCI),Target (TGT), and IAC (IACI) for patent infringement. There is a good chance that Microsoft (MSFT), Yahoo (YHOO), and many other tech giants will also be facing Vringo lawsuits.

Time Warner Cable Inc. (NYSE:TWC): According to Deadline New York, if the contract dispute between Time Warner Cable (NYSE:TWC) and Meredith (NYSE:MDP) is not resolved by Wednesday, they may lose their rebroadcasting rights to stations in Kansas City, Nashville, and Springfield, Massachusetts.
Comcast Corporation (NASDAQ:CMCSA): According to the Wall Street Journal, Twitter will be going to the London Olympics. A handful of people, from an office in Boulder, CO, will spend 20 hours a day, placing millions of Twitter message feeds from Olympic athletes, their families, fans and NBC television personalities, into a single page on Twitter.com. This is part of a partnership with Comcast Corp.’s (NASDAQ:CMCSA) NBC Universal, soon to be announced.
News Corp.‘s (NASDAQ:NWSA): A spokesperson has confirmed to the Associated press, that Rupert Murdoch has stepped down as a director of NI Group, as well as Times Newspaper Holdings and News Corp.’s investments in the United Kingdom. Murdoch has also resigned from some of the media company’s subsidiary boards in the United States, but further details have not yet been disclosed.
