Chief Financial Officer Fran Shammo of Verizon Wireless (NYSE:VZ)(NASDAQ:VOD) anticipates the completion his firm’s 4-gigabyte LTE launch by the middle of next year, which would be 6 months ahead of its original plan, and 18 months prior to that of AT&T, which wants to offer LTE to 300 million Americans by the end of 2014.
