The holidays aren’t the healthiest time of the year for eating. Or drinking for that matter… But it doesn’t have to be that way. You know you are going to imbibe this season, so why not try to make it just a little bit healthier? Here are a few ideas for some not-so-bad-for-you, but oh-so-delicious cocktails you will definitely want to sip on this season.

Adam Carolla probably isn’t the first person you think of when you think about healthy drinking, but his Mangria wine cocktails aren’t all that bad for you. Unlike many wine products, they are all natural and gluten free. With three delicious flavors including Original Orange, White Peach & Pear, and Brosé (like rosé, get it?), you really can’t make a bad choice.

You can enjoy Mangria chilled and straight or even on ice. You can also cut up fruit like grapes, apples, pineapples, oranges, limes, and peach to make your own Mangria Sangria. What could be more festive?

Another great thing about Mangria is that it has a higher alcohol content than most wines so you can drink less for the same wonderful buzz you so desperately need around the holidays. Bring some to the in-laws’ house and you will really have something to cheers about!

Skinny Dude Margarita

In the first season of the Real Housewives of New York, way back before Bethenny Frankel had her own line of Skinny Girl products and was worth millions, she could be seen ordering what was a preliminary version of the cocktail she would ultimately bottle. Now, if you’ve thought about ordering a Skinny Girl Margarita, but didn’t want to be judged, we’ve got the solution for you, just order clear Tequila with a splash of triple sec and two splashes of limejuice. No one will ever know what you just ordered. It will be our secret.

Bon Affair

Bon Affair is a wine spritzer that comes in a very cool looking bottle. If you are having a party, you will want to serve this. It’s also way healthier than your typical wine or spritzer because it has no sugar, added electrolytes (because why not?), and half the calories of regular wine. Currently, there are two flavors, Sauvignon Blanc and Syrah.

You can also turn this spritzer into a fun cocktail this season by adding some to fresh cranberry or pomegranate juice.

Juice Generation X Vodka

Cold pressing is a method of juicing that extracts the most nutrients for maximum health benefits. One of the tastiest and healthiest brands of cold pressed juice is Juice Generation. They have several stores in New York City where you can buy fresh juice and they also deliver nationwide. Any one of Juice Generation’s cold pressed juices provides the healthiest compliment to your favorite vodka.

If you’ve ever been in a situation where you wanted to drink but were feeling slightly under the weather (hey, we’ve all been there), you can’t go wrong with adding Juice Generation’s Super Citrus C to vodka. This juice cocktail contains grapefruit, pineapple, orange, and mint to provide a super dose of vitamin c so you can drink and hopefully not get sick.

Cold Pressed Watermelon-Tini

If you are longing for summer and have a hankering for a fruity, but not overly sweet cocktail, we have something that will keep your mouth watering. Combine your favorite vodka and cold pressed watermelon juice over ice in a shaker. Shake, pour, and serve in your favorite martini glass. Trader Joe’s Cold Pressed Watermelon Juice is delicious and one of the least expensive cold pressed juices available. Watermelon juice is so tasty you might even want to drink it without adding booze.
