It’s no secret that Chip and Joanna Gaines have drawn an enormous amount of attention to their hometown of Waco, Texas. And, now, with plenty of Magnolia-branded things to do in Waco, Fixer Upper fans can get a taste of what life is really like in their small town.

3. Magnolia House

You may recognize their first rental property from an actual episode of Fixer Upper. Located in McGregor, Texas — about 20 minutes outside of Waco — the cozy bed and breakfast has six bedrooms, two baths, a full kitchen, and a washer and dryer in unit. It sleeps eight comfortably and is the perfect place for a large family or group of friends.

4. The Hillcrest Estate

5. Visit Magnolia Market at the Silos

Wondering what to do in Waco? Well, for starters, you can check out one of Chip and Joanna Gaines’ favorite places: Magnolia Market at the Silos. Plenty of fun for the whole family, the Silos is the perfect place to shop, eat, and spend your day lounging in the sun in Waco.

6. Eat at Magnolia Table

While it hasn’t opened just yet, Chip and Joanna Gaines’ restaurant, Magnolia Table is expected to open sometime very soon. And get this: The restaurant is one of Waco’s most historic fixer uppers.

Previously known as Waco’s beloved Elite Cafe, the 100-year-old restaurant will feature the original architecture with a touch of Magnolia charm.

7. Shop for antiques
