Don’t get us wrong. Some healthy foods taste great. But others definitely make the list of our most hated foods, no matter how much we try to be adults and eat them politely. But you might also want to keep in mind that eggplant isn’t as healthy as you probably think it is. (It lacks the vitamins and nutrients found in many other vegetables.)
