This South Dakota city has made WalletHub’s list of happiest cities on more than one occasion. It cracks the top 15 in 2019 by being ranked third across the country when it comes to cities with a high rate of residents who get adequate amounts of sleep.

The SXSW festival location is another city that commonly makes the cut for being one of the happiest cities in the country. According to KUT News, people are drawn to Austin for its live music scene and natural beauty, and people who go there for school often end up staying around.

Plus, WalletHub considers it the ninth-best city in the country when it comes to having a friendly community.
