This Is the 1 Thing You Have to Do to Get Free Chick-Fil-A Before the End of the Month
If you’re part of the Chick-fil-A tribe and you’re also a fan of watching what you spend, then you’re in luck. Now, that golden crispy goodness can all be yours — for free. And no, we’re not clucking kidding you.
So, look no further, we’ve got your answers right here. And not only are we letting you in on the secret behind scoring free Chick-fil-A, but we’re giving you all the information you need to reap free food offers at other fast food joints, too.
1. Download the app
It’s almost too good to be true. Literally. All you have to do is download the Chick-fil-A app or update it if you’ve already got it. From there, you’ll have yourself a Chick-fil-A One Account. In order to actually redeem the offer, you must place your order from the app or scan the “My Card” QR code. Simple as that.
Next: You’d better hurry, though.
2. Get in by September 30
The promo, which started at the beginning of the month, ends promptly at 10:30 a.m. local time on September 30, so you don’t have much time left. Furthermore, you’ll need to order during breakfast hours.
Next: Everybody loves options.
3. Choose wisely
You get one chance to get your free-of-charge breakfast, so you want to make it count. Thankfully, the higher-ups at the chicken coop realize the value of offering folks options, so they’re giving customers three different choices. Are you more of a Chick-fil-A Chicken Biscuit in the morning type person? Or do you prefer an Egg White Grill? Or, perhaps you’re more of a Hash Brown Scramble Bowl kind of customer. The choice is yours.
Next: Chick-fil-A isn’t the only chain offering customers an incentive to download their app.
4. Burger King
Download the BK app to check out this week’s coupons. The fast food king (don’t worry, McDonald’s, we haven’t forgotten about you) is constantly updating its app, but don’t just take our word for it. In fact, not even the company’s website has the current info. So, you’ll have to download it for yourself.
In our commitment to true reporting and, of course, all things free, we downloaded the app. Here’s what we found: For the week of September 17, for instance, our trusty BK app is offering a BOGO: Buy one Croissan’wich, and get another one free. Or, you can score an order of french toast sticks for a buck.
Next: Swing by the golden arches for a similar deal.
With the McDonald’s app, you’ll have your pick of rotating offers. And according to the website, you can use the same offer multiple times, so long as you don’t exceed one use in one week. Currently, the McDonald’s app is offering a BOGO of any large sandwich. Additionally, purchasing any item with the app on a Friday — up until 9/29/17 — guarantees you a free order of medium fries.
By now, you’re probably assuming that every fast food empire has an easy-to-use rewards program, but, you’d be wrong. For example, signing up for the Wendy’s program won’t start you off with any free deals. Lesson learned.

7. Dunkin’ Donuts
While America runs on Dunkin’, it also runs on the reality that there’s no such thing as a free lunch. And hey, that’s probably true. Coffee, however, is another story. While joining the chain’s rewards program, DD Perks, guarantees you expected offers and discounts, points with every purchase, and extra treats and goodies, good old Dunkin’ Donuts sweetens the deal with a little something extra. When you’re a DD Perks member, you’ll enjoy a free drink just for signing up.
Next: And for those who prefer a DD alternative, this deal is worth checking out.
8. Krispy Kreme
Turns out, there are other ways to get a free doughnut besides signing up for a loyalty program. It just depends on how far you’re willing to go. While joining the Friends of Krispy Kreme e-club indeed entitles you to a free doughnut, apparently, some folks have had success with other methods. For instance, customers have scored free booty from the shop by talking like a pirate, going in on their birthday (must be a member), and dressing in their best Halloween costume. So, go ahead and pick your sugary poison on this one.
Next: If T.G.I. Friday’s is your thing, this restaurant just may rival it.
This Tex-Mex chain is no stranger to having a committed fan base, and Chili’s sure knows how to please its customers. To get in on Chili’s signing bonus, just download the app and create an account. 13. Dairy Queen
It’s easy enough to sign up for the Blizzard Fan Club, which is DQ’s solution to sweetening the deal for loyal customers. Joining the club entitles you to six Buy One, Get One free Blizzard Treat coupons in a year. Or, if you’re not the joining type, you can try a little misdirection on for size in hopes of distracting your DQ server — if they fail to hand over a Blizzard upside down, your next one’s free. But we’d say that’s probably a long shot.
Next: This fast-casual chain is a favorite among business folks looking for a quick lunch.
14. Panera Bread
