Set 22 years after the events of Jurassic Park, the action adventure flick stars Chris Pratt as Owen Grady, a navy vet who has to save the visitors of the newly revitalized Jurassic Park after its newest attraction — a genetically modified giant stealth killing machine — escapes containment and goes on a killing spree. The seventh installment in the popular action franchise follows Dominic Toretto (Vin Diesel), Brian O’Conner (Paul Walker), and the rest of their team, who have returned to the United States to live normal lives after securing amnesty for their past crimes in Fast & Furious 6….that is, until Deckard Shaw (Jason Statham), a rogue special forces assassin seeking to avenge his comatose younger brother, puts them in danger once again. 3. Mad Max: Fury Road

Rebooting a favorite cult action film franchise is tricky, but this movie managed to pull it off with flying colors. The movie stars Tom Hardy as the titular character, Charlize Theron as the one-armed Imperator Furiosa, and Hugh Keays-Byrne as a tyrannical cult leader named King Immortan Joe. After liberating a group of enslaved women and forging an alliance with Max, Furiosa sets off across the desert landscape while Joe and his band of fanatical supporters follow in hot pursuit. In their new overseas home, an American family soon finds themselves caught in the middle of a coup, and they frantically look for a safe escape from an environment where foreigners are being immediately executed. Lake Bell, Pierce Brosnan, and Owen Wilson co-star in the action thriller. The Blu-Ray DVD is currently on sale for $19.99 at Target as part of their Black Friday deals.

7. Terminator: Genisys

Arnold Schwarzenegger is back for the latest installment of the Terminator franchise. The movie follows the unexpected turn of events that occur when John Connor, leader of the human resistance, sends Sgt. Kyle Reese back to 1984 to protect Sarah Connor and safeguard the future. 8. Inside Out

You won’t want to miss out on the shocking transformation that Jake Gyllenhaal underwent for this action sport drama. The actor gives a gritty and heartbreaking performance as boxer Billy Hope, who turns to trainer Tick Wills (played by Forest Whitaker) to help him get his life back on track after losing his wife in a tragic accident and his daughter to child protection services. Rachel McAdams, 50 Cent, and Oona Laurence also co-star in the movie, which will be on sale for $7.99 as part of Best Buy’s upcoming Black Friday offers.

10. San Andreas

This action drama thriller stars Dwayne Johnson as a rescue-chopper pilot who makes a dangerous journey with his ex-wife across the state in order to rescue his daughter, in the aftermath of a massive earthquake in California. Carla Gugino and Alexandra Daddario co-star in the movie. The Blu-Ray DVD version will be available to purchase on sale for $7.99 at Best Buy. A 3-D version will also be offered as part of the sale for $9.99.
