’90 Day Fiance’: Are Anna and Mursel Still Together After the Show?

Though 90 Day Fiancé couple Anna Campisi and Mursel Mistanoglu may share a common interest in beekeeping and apiaries, they seem to have a bevy of differences. The couple has been experiencing strife prior to their marriage when it comes to cultural and moral differences.

Mursel Mistanoglu is not happy with some of Anna Campisi’s behaviors – drinking for example. He’s also disappointed that she already has children, and seems to think this could cause problems with his parents. Meanwhile, Campisi is sick of Mistanoglu’s lying and childlike behavior. Have the two managed to stay together following their appearance on 90 Day Fiancé?

Mursel Mistanoglu wanted to lie to his parents

When it comes to Anna Campisi having kids from a previous relationship, Mursel Mistanoglu is not on board. Or, at the very least, he says his parents won’t be. In fact, Mistanoglu wanted to lie to his parents about Campisi having children.

Mistanoglu told Campisi that he’d tell his parents the truth about her children in ten years. Then, he turned to producers and told them that he wouldn’t actually tell his parents until they were on their deathbed. Starting a marriage on a foundation of lies is already a pretty bad move, but that doesn’t seem to trouble Mistanoglu.

Campisi decided she had enough of Mistanoglu dancing around the fact that she had children. She told him via a translation app, “I decided that I’m done with this lie. If you don’t tell your parents, I don’t think we will get married.”

On a recent episode of 90 Day Fiancé, “Judgment Day,” Mistanoglue told his parents that Campisi already had children. On the episode, it was translated as, “Anna has three children.”

However, one Reddit user says the Turkish more accurately translates to, “I just found out Anna has three children.” If that is the case, it’s another instance of Mistanoglu fibbing to protect himself from possible backlash.

Anna Campisi’s friends and kids don’t approve

Meanwhile, Campisi’s friends and children don’t seem to approve of her 90 Day Fiancé relationship. Specifically, they are not fond of Mursel Mistanoglu.

One of Campisi’s friends explained, “I think she’s really confused about everything. I think a lot of us are really confused right now.”

She also felt as if perhaps Mistanoglu was not “the right person for her.” Another friend said that Mistanoglu is “…kinda like a kid.”

Another friend added, “This does not feel right to me. I’m just being honest. I love you.”

Meanwhile, Campisi’s son, Joey, has been less than thrilled about Mistanoglu. Joey told producers, “My relationship with Mursel is nothing, it doesn’t matter. He’s just there.”

Mistanoglu eventually asked Joey if he wanted the wedding to happen. Joey said no, and explained, “Because it’s stupid.”

Mistanoglue replied, “If you don’t want me I can go.”

“So it’s that easy? Okay. Situation solved,” said Joey.

Is the ‘90 Day Fiancé’ couple still together

So did Anna Campisi take her friends’ and sons’ feelings to heart and break it off with Mursel Mistanoglu, or are the two still together?

Well, Mistanoglu lists his home as Nebraska on Facebook, and Starcasm previously reported that the two tied the knot on September 8. It seems as if the two have stuck together, which leaves us wondering how Campisi’s friends and family feel. Was Mistanoglu able to bury the hatcher with Joey? Perhaps we’ll find out in future episodes.
