’90 Day Fiancé’: Ashley Martson Keeps Getting Mail From Inmates, Fan Blames Jay Smith
90 Day Fiancé Ashley Martson just can’t seem to catch a break. The star and her ex-husband, Jay Smith, are on their way to divorce, and if Martson is to be believed, he refuses to sign the divorce papers. It surely can’t be easy to see Smith moving on with a new girlfriend already as well, who might be pregnant.
And while Martson has been spotted dating one reality TV star, she’s also been receiving mail from folks she wouldn’t normally — inmates. Now, Martson is wondering why she’s hearing from people in prison, and one fan suspects Smith.
Jay Smith was detained by ICE
According to Ashley Martson, Jay Smith trespassed on her property once while she was on vacation. This obvious infringement of personal space prompted her to go for a Protection From Abuse order. She was granted the PFA, which also required that Smith refrain from discussing Martson or the PFA on social media.
Smith immediately violated the order by posting about it to his Instagram. A warrant was issued for Smith’s arrest as a result, and he turned himself in to ICE peaceably.
Martson told Us Weekly, “ICE had contacted me the day before I did the PFA and said that they were coming. … The PFA and the violation just got him arrested basically two days earlier than what he would have been.”
Smith was eventually bailed out of ICE detention, but the future status of his residence in the U.S. remains to be seen.

Now, the 90 Day Fiancé star has revealed that she’s been receiving mail from some troubling sources. On her Instagram story, Martson posted, “Can someone explain to me how inmates continuously get my address?!? I don’t get it! DM me please this is a serious question.”
She followed this up with an image of a letter she’d received with a return address indicating it arrived from the prison system.
One fan DM’d Martson, and she shared their reply on her story. They told her, “Watch that whole thing with your address and the inmates. I hope that’s your old address. Your ex probably wrote that down in prison. They pass s*** like that around. Trade it for other things. At least that’s how it was when I worked at Cumberland County.”
Martson followed up with, “Posted a few responses for the people who DMd me asking me to share. I no longer live at that address and only use a P.O. Box, Thank god! It’s still a question and I get it now! I didn’t realize they had the resources they do!”
If it was Jay Smith giving out the 90 Day Fiancé star’s address, that’s pretty reprehensible, and possibly dangerous.
Does Ashley Martson have a new beau?
However, not everything looks bad for Martson. The 90 Day Fiancé star may have found love again, this time with Bachelor in Paradise alum Christian Estrada.
A source confirmed that the two went on a date to Disney World together. Martson shared a picture of Estrada to Instagram on August 2 and captioned it, “blinded from the start,” alongside some heart eye emojis. It sounds like love could be in the air.
