90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way couple Jihoon Lee and Deavan Clegg have a new baby son — Taeyang. The two lovebirds, who met via an international dating app, have had their fair share of ups and downs already during their time on 90 Day Fiancé. 

Fans were recently left shaking their heads in confusion alongside Deavan when Jihoon revealed he’d quit his job. But, based on their Instagram posts, it seems as if the couple is still going strong. 

Welcoming baby Taeyang 

Deavan Clegg, 22, welcomed her second child into the world on April 11, but Taeyang’s reality television debut happened on the August 12 episode of 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way. 

“Having Taeyang was one of the scariest, most rewarding experiences of my life. Him being in the NICU was the most difficult experience I had to face in my life,” Deavan told Us Weekly. 

Jihoon said, “I’m very happy. I have no skills because I am a first-time father, but I will learn.” And fans believe him — Jihoon has already exhibited an eagerness to be a father with Drascilla, and based on his Instagram posts, seems to genuinely enjoy filling the role. He added, “I hope to become the best father I can be. I’m nervous but I know I will be the best father.”

Deavan told Us Weekly, “Having him home with me makes me so happy. He is always smiling and has completely stolen my heart!”

Jihoon quits his job

While Deavan’s birth was a success, fans might be concerned after a recent episode in which Jihoon admitted to quitting his job in South Korea. Deavan and Jihoon have been planning to move Deavan to South Korea eventually. In order to prepare for this move, Deavan sold her excess belongings and quit her own job. 

Naturally, she was shocked to find out Jihoon had quit his as well. Jihoon sat Deavan down on a bench while Drascilla played in the park, and broke the news. He told her that his last job didn’t pay enough to support himself, Deavan, Drascilla, and Taeyang. 

Understandably, Deavan told Jihoon that his decision didn’t make any sense. Instead of having a smaller income, Jihoon is now stuck with no income. To add fuel to the fire, Jihoon revealed that he managed his money poorly in his younger years, incurring large amounts of credit card debt that he’s still working on paying down. 

Money woes can be a major motivator when it comes to couples splitting up or ending their marriage.

Are they still together?

Given the recent employment bombshell, it makes sense for fans to wonder if the couple is still together. It does seem as if Deavan hasn’t made her move to South Korea yet — but she has also stated that she’d like to wait to move until her baby is a little older. 

That being said, the two do feature both each other and their children on Instagram often. In May, Jihoon posted a picture of Drascilla to Instagram, captioned “i miss her” in English. His caption in Korean mentions her charming blue eyes, and he even uses the hashtag “daughter.”

Another cute clip shows Jihoon taking Drascilla’s place in a drivable toy car, hunched over and prepared to zoom away while Drascilla happily watches.
