’90 Day Fiancé’: Even Vanessa Doesn’t Trust Colt as a Boyfriend — ‘He Has a Tendency to Lie to Women’
Colt Johnson’s track record with women hasn’t been the best. After the 90 Day Fiancé star admitted to cheating on Jess Caroline during the Tell All special, Vanessa Guerra suggested he would make a bad boyfriend because of his “tendency to lie” to women.
As seen on this season of ’90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After,’ Colt repeatedly lied to Jess
All season, fans saw Jess’ angst and suspicion over Colt’s relationship with Vanessa. When she first started dating him, Jess found numerous calls from Vanessa on Colt’s phone.
She asked him about it repeatedly, but he lied and told her they were just friends from the gym. But later in the season, Colt revealed that he met Vanessa online during his divorce from Larissa Dos Santos Lima.
Despite his explanations, Jess still suspected Colt was lying. He insisted he and Vanessa were just friends. But later, in a confessional, he admitted he slept with Vanessa and still had a crush on her.
By the end of the season, Jess learned that Colt had been talking to multiple women. And when she came to visit him in Las Vegas, she discovered that he was living with Vanessa. After realizing how much he lied to her, Jess eventually dumped Colt.
Colt reveals that he cheated on Jess on the ’90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After’ Tell All
Jess confronted Colt and Vanessa about their relationship during the 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After Tell All special. When the host, Shaun Robinson, asked him if he cheated on Jess with Vanessa, he confirmed that he did.
“After I came back from Brazil, I cheated on Jess with Vanessa,” Colt admitted. “I’m sorry, Jess.”
Jess called Colt a “liar” and slammed Vanessa and his mom Debbie for enabling him. And she angrily called him out for making her feel like she was irrational.
“You don’t know about love,” Jess said. “You don’t know about family. You know about nothing because you’re weird, you’re disgusting. You try make me crazy all the time Colt. ‘I’m a victim, I’m a good guy, and woman is crazy.’ Always. Because you like to make women crazy. You like to play with mental.”
Vanessa doesn’t think Colt is good boyfriend material
During the 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After Tell All, Colt revealed that he loved Vanessa. But when host Shaun Robinson asked her if she had romantic feelings for Colt, Vanessa suggested he wouldn’t make a great boyfriend.
“I love him as a best friend, but I wouldn’t trust him as a boyfriend,” she said. “I feel like he’s kind of all over the place. Like he doesn’t really know what he wants when he’s looking for it. And he has a tendency to lie to women, I get that. But again I’ve never been his girlfriend so I’m not p*ssed off for anything.”
Vanessa called Colt out for being a liar, but also defended him. When Robinson asked her why she was doing this, she said it was because they are “best friends.”
“I love him to death,” Vanessa continued. “Like he’s been there for me at 3:00 in the morning. If I need to go to the hospital, he’ll take me or something like that. But like as a boyfriend, no.
I would never, at least not right now. I wouldn’t trust him. There’s too much going on right now.”
“I just feel like he doesn’t know what he wants right now,” she added. “So he kind of goes from girl to girl to girl seeing like, ‘Maybe this is what I’m looking for now, nah, not really.”
Colt quietly smiled while Vanessa spoke, and he didn’t seem too surprised to hear her opinion of him. And it doesn’t seem like he took it to heart, because, as indicated by their social media accounts, the two still are good friends.
