Keeping a relationship going isn’t easy. It takes hard work, perseverance, and commitment. And it’s not for the faint of heart.

Many of the couples on 90 Day Fiance aren’t in it for the long haul. They claim to be in the beginning but most of the relationships don’t make it past the tell-all special.

But there is one couple who has worked through an insane amount of issues and still remains together to this day. And that’s Annie and David Toborowsky. So, what advice do they have for the rest of the 90 Day Fiancers?

What advice do Annie and David Toborowsky have for others?

Annie and David met through a friend in Thailand. They first appeared on season five of 90 Day Fiance before going on season three of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?

The series showcased a number of their issues, but the couple has made it through the worst of the storm. And now they have advice for others who are struggling.

“The advice that we always give everybody is, my life is like 50 First Dates the movie, not because of my age — I’m 51 — because every day, I have to make her fall in love with me again,” David told Entertainment Tonight. “And I couldn’t ask for a better partner in this world.”

“And to me, I’m very easygoing, and just him giving me a cup of coffee in the morning, I’m falling in love with him,” Annie added.

For the two of them, the most important thing in a marriage is to have each other’s backs and never let anyone get in between them.

“It’s great to share your story, stick together,” David said. “And if it’s meant to be — your relationship — make it work, and if not ….”

“If you already love each other I think, the relationship is not easy,” Annie continued. “But you’ll get through it together.”

How have David and Annie fixed their problems?

Back when the show was filming, David and Annie struggled a lot to make their relationship work and get over their financial woes. But they have since worked those things out.

“I was not in a good place in 2013 and Annie obviously is just the best thing in my life, the best decision, and together we feel like we can take on the world,” David told the outlet. “And we’re traveling and cooking for people, doing a lot. We’re in a lot better shape. It’s not like we’re wealthy in any stretch of the imagination, but we’re doing a lot of different things for revenue, whether it’s working in catering, whether it’s doing parties, I’m still teaching online and working for a company that has overseas interests, so we’ve been doing so many things.”

But Annie insists that the healthy state of their relationship is not just because of the new influx of money.

 “It’s not because we’ve won the lottery, it’s because we love each other and I appreciate him every day,” she said.

Other ’90 Day Fiance’ couples who have made it work

Loren and Alexei Brovarnik from season three of 90 Day Fiance are still going strong, as well. In fact, they are even expecting their first child!

“Alex is hands down the best partner I could have ever asked for during this time,” Loren told People. “The first trimester wasn’t easy for me, and he was and is an amazing support system. We are just overjoyed and cannot wait to meet our baby this spring! The fact that it happened in Israel just makes it that much more special for us. We have been through a lot, and we’re just so excited for this next journey together! #babybrov.”
