Hold on 90 Day Fiancé fans, because one of the queens of the show just got engaged — off camera. In a surprising turn of events, it seems as if Darcey Silva has just gotten engaged. This may come as a shock to fans since Silva just went through yet another messy 90 Day Fiancé breakup.
Silva ended her relationship with Tom Brooks, her second attempt at love on the TLC show. She had previously starred on the show while dating Jesse Meester — her first failed relationship on television. Given that Silva’s season only finished airing recently, it comes as a surprise to fans that she moved on so quickly.
That’s one giant ring
In a recent Instagram post, 90 Day Fiancé star Darcey Silva showed off her new ink. She got a new tattoo of angel wings bracketing the number 11. While the details of the tattoo and its meaning aren’t entirely clear yet, there was something else that caught fans’ eyes.
Darcey was sporting a truly massive diamond ring on her finger. Like really, this ring is big. In a second post, Darcey seemed to put the ring in the spotlight, but didn’t address it at all. Now, fans are wondering if she’s truly engaged, or if it’s a hoax.
Silva claims to have a new boyfriend named Michael, and even shared a now-deleted picture of him on Instagram with the caption “my love.” However, Darcey has pulled the wool over fans’ eyes in the past.
Silva once shared a picture of another ring, claiming it was an engagement ring from Tom Brooks. Brooks shared the same image, but it was later deleted, and it’s clear now that the two aren’t engaged. Brooks also has a history of fakery on his own Instagram page. Perhaps it’s not too unreasonable to wonder if Silva is telling the truth.
Did Darcey cheat on Tom Brooks?
Darcey Silva and Tom Brooks had a tumultuous relationship, with some sources claiming that Tom Brooks cheated on Darcey Silva while they were filming. However, another source is now claiming that Darcey Silva cheated on Tom Brooks.
Darcey Silva’s sister, Stacey Silva, recently went through some relationship drama as well. Apparently her beau, Florian Sukaj, has been seeing another woman — Shanti Zohra. Now, Zohra is claiming to know Darcey’s new love, Michael, and is claiming that Silva cheated on Brooks with Michael.
In an Instagram story, Zohra wrote, “Today I am talking about the drama between Darcey and Michael. I have never met Michael. He contacted me on social media after learning of my situation with Stacey and Florian and asked if it was ok to talk to each other. I agreed. The conversation was about him and Darcey. She [treated] him [disrespectfully] in the relationship as he thought of my relationship with Stacey that we are akin. She was cheating on Tom with Michael during her stint in England while filming 90 Day Fiancé.”
Tom Brooks makes a new friend
Meanwhile, Darcey Silva’s exes have been getting along quite well. It seems Tom Brooks has found a new friend in Silva’s other ex, Jesse Meester.
Meester recently posted on Instagram story, “Tom did reach out to me and I accepted his apology. We had a good yet shocking conversation and found out we were both manipulated and played at the same time.”
“Not surprising, but not less painful when you are trying to help and love someone when it’s really all a lie. She told him how bad I was and she told me how bad he was. Result: I thought he was a bad guy and he thought I was. Calls and messages right after me or him in AM. Right after each other. It was a pattern. Almost professional,” claimed Meester.
Meester added, “We both had our lesson and I explained why I never ‘warned’ him and kept my mouth shut. It’s because I had to leave no room for her to point fingers, except herself. Although, while watching and hearing him, I truly felt bad for him. Nobody deserves this. The truth played out itself. Tom and I were both lied to. He had his lesson, as I had mine.”
