’90 Day Fiancé’: Jay Smith and Ashley Martson Break Up Again Amid Claims Smith Got Someone Pregnant
For 90 Day Fiancé fans, it’s the disastrous relationship that just won’t end. This summer, while fans were preoccupied, Ashley Martson and Jay Smith quietly got back together again. That’s right, for reasons unknown to even a single 90 Day Fiancé fan, Martson got back together with Smith, who has been caught cheating on her in the past, and who Martson has tried to divorce twice in the past.
Now, perhaps unsurprisingly, the couple has split once again — this time after allegations that Jay Smith got someone other than Martson pregnant.
The barbershop infidelity
Jay Smith and Ashley Martson’s marriage had an incredibly rocky start. The couple was married in Las Vegas, and only a day later, Smith was caught talking to other women on Tinder. Martson filed for divorce but took it back within two weeks.
Sadly, history soon repeated itself. Jay Smith was caught cheating on Ashley Martson with a woman in the bathroom of his workplace. According to the woman in question, Smith never made it clear to her that he was married to someone already.
Martson spoke on the phone with the woman, who told her, “I had come into the barbershop and getting ready to start the tattoo, and he kinda was like touching me, kind of caressing me and then one thing kind of just lead to another. We went into the bathroom and had sex.”
Martson has since explained that she doesn’t blame the woman for what happened — she says she believes that Smith never told her he was married.
Ashley Martson says he got someone pregnant
This summer, however, the couple decided to give things another go. Ashley Martson’s fans have not been supportive of Jay Smith, and Martson frequently discusses how badly Smith hurt her during their marriage. For many fans, this reunification came as a big surprise.
“I’m a big believer in following your heart and it is true that I took Jay back once again. I know people will judge me and, while I can accept that, it was ultimately my decision,” Martson told In Touch Weekly during an interview.
“However, what my friend is saying turned out to be true and Jay confirmed it himself on the phone that he did indeed have another girl who is claiming he got her pregnant,” Martson continued.
“He said he doesn’t believe her but they are going to get a test done and regardless it’s clear he cheated on me. I am distraught yet again and am picking up the pieces and doing my best to move on. I know that I only have myself to blame for the situation I’m in again. It’s no one’s fault but my own. I can safely say I am, once and for all, done with Jay,” explained the 90 Day Fiancé star.
“After officially getting back together again, I heard that Jay got ANOTHER girl PREGNANT,” wrote Martson on her Instagram story. “Stop making girls get abortions because you’re a whore.”
“At this time, my client is personally focused on herself and her personal life and her children. After giving someone so many chances, you learn to grow and see the better for yourself. She wishes Jay nothing but the best,” Martson’s representative told Us Weekly.
Jay Smith fires back
Jay Smith was not happy to hear Ashley Martson’s allegations. The 90 Day Fiancé star claims that they’re all false. “All I gotta say is I don’t need to lie to the media just to get attention. The internet is not for me,” Smith told In Touch.
“No one is pregnant from me. No one is pregnant from me. That’s number one,” explained Smith. He added, “I don’t really care about the attention, at least some people do, that’s why they’re making a scene out of everything.”
Smith thinks Martson is doing it all for the views and attention. “So, I guess some people just love attention because their analytics is going down on Instagram, so they need attention so I guess they got attention. Yeah. That’s not me though,” Smith claimed.
