’90 Day Fiance’: Michael Jessen’s Son Sustains Injury, Gets Stitches
90 Day Fiancé star Michael Jessen has two young children, Max and CeCe, who have quickly become beloved by fans of the show. The two often offer biting jokes and lighthearted commentary that can cut through otherwise stressful situations. So, when fans found out that Max hurt himself recently, they were concerned. However, with new stitches in place, Max seems to be taking it in stride.
Michael Jessen’s son cut his eyebrow
Michael Jessen’s son, Max Jessen, seems to have had an accident. However, it looks like it was merely a minor one.
The young 90 Day Fiancé star posted a picture of a painful-looking gash on his eyebrow, and revealed that he’d banged his head on a water fountain, causing the cut. We all goof up sometimes, Max.
Based on his Instagram photo, it looks like Max Jessen is taking the injury in stride. In fact, he posted an update after he got the cut stitched up, writing, “Update on the stitchuation: just got stiched up and feel fine.”
Stitchuation indeed — it seems a little pain can’t keep Max’s sense of humor down. Max and his sister CeCe have rapidly become fan-favorites during their tenure on TLC’s 90 Day Fiancé. They’ve been welcoming Michael Jessen’s love, Juliana Custodio, to America with humor and kindness since day one. That same behavior and their senses of humor are what won them their many fans.
Fans reach out
In case you weren’t convinced, the Instagram comments on Max Jessen’s photos should be proof of how much 90 Day Fiancé fans love him.
One user wrote on the “stitchuation” picture, “Max you are so freaking witty! Love love love it.”
Another user added, “Love your hashtag Max, very inventive! Glad you’re ok, you’re a trooper!”
One Instagram user suggested that it might even increase his chances with the ladies. They wrote, “Should heal up nicely kiddo. Chicks dig dudes with scars.”
90 Day Fiancé star Sasha commented, “Scars adorn a man.”
Michael Jessen’s son seems to be in good spirits, and it doesn’t look as if there will be any lasting damage beyond any scarring that might arise from the incident.
Michael Jessen deals with haters
Meanwhile, Michael Jessen recently posted to Instagram to show how he dealt with some hate via the social media platform. He screenshotted a conversation he had with a 90 Day Fiancé fan who didn’t seem to approve of his relationship with Juliana Custodio.
In the message, the user wrote, “You guys look like father and daughter.” They were writing this in response to a recent selfie Michael Jessen uploaded, and sent the message to him directly.
Jessen replied with, “Did taking the time to write and send this direct message to me make you feel better about yourself?”
When the original user failed to reply, Jessen wrote, “Hello? Are you still there? You took the time to send me this message and now I’m getting ghosted?”
Eventually, the opinionated fan sent another message. They wrote to Jessen, “I’m not going to have a childish feud with you. As a mother of a 27 yr old and [an] 18 yr old young [woman] I don’t agree with males like you being with youngsters just starting their lives. That’s all.”
