A Full List of the 2019 Tony Award Winners
Whether you missed the Tony Awards altogether, fell asleep before James Corden bid you farewell, or simply need a little refresher on all the productions, actors, writers, choreographers, and technicians who went home with Tony awards last night, this list is for you.
While you likely assumed that Stephanie J. Block would take the award for Best Actress in a Lead Musical and that Hadestown was a shoo-in for Best Musical, some other wins were a bit more shocking.
Hadestown managed to rank up to eight total Tony wins last night, while Tootsie and The Cher Show both claimed two awards. Stephanie J. Block a and Santino Fontana gave incomparable performances in The Cher Show and Tootsie respectively; thus, their wins come as no surprise.
If you’re looking for more, buckle up and scroll on down for a full list of winners from last night’s 2019 Tony Awards.
