Are We Really Seeing Peak Prince Harry and Meghan Markle?

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been dominating the news media for the past year and a half or so. Shortly after realizing the relationship was serious, the world was on ring watch, just waiting to see when Meghan would debut a new royal engagement ring on her finger.

It seems like yesterday that millions of fans tuned in to see Meghan and Harry marry at Saint George’s Chapel in Windsor, England, and soon after, we found out that Baby Sussex was on the way. Of course, we have also seen headlines regarding an alleged feud between Meghan and her sister-in-law, Kate Middleton, and now, we have found out that a move to Africa is in the works.

Will the focus on the Duke and Duchess of Sussex continue making headlines, or have we already seen Harry and Meghan peak?

The media follows just about every move that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle make. Even though they moved to Windsor in search of more privacy, they can’t escape the spotlight. Currently, fans around the entire world are on the edge of their seats, checking the news regularly for any updates regarding Baby Sussex. We always know everything that is going on in Meghan and Harry’s life, from a private visit to their new home from Queen Elizabeth to a recent shopping trip in London, where they were followed by photographers and fans alike, all of whom just wanted a glimpse of the royal couple.

Why? It could be that they’re the new “it” royal couple. It could also be their surprising pairing: Meghan was a well-known name in Hollywood before marrying Harry. Seeing two celebrities from different walks of life coming together generates curiosity.

Why are Meghan and Harry moving to Africa?

At first, it was rumored that they were planning to move to Africa because they were involved in a rift with Prince William and Kate. Luckily, these rumors quickly faded, and we found out that the actual reason was that they are planning to continue their extensive humanitarian work there.

Africa is a place that is extremely special to Meghan and especially to Harry. It was in Botswana that they spent some time at the beginning of their relationship and ultimately fell in love, and it is also well-known that Harry spent time in Africa immediately following the death of his mother, Princess Diana, as a way to escape for a while. Meghan’s engagement ring was even designed with a diamond sourced from Botswana, further indicating how special it is to the couple.

Will there be more focus on Prince William and Kate Middleton?

Although the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge may find that the news media starts focusing more on them once Meghan and Harry move to Africa, they may be enjoying the short break that they currently have from the spotlight. For years, everything that William and Kate did was headline news, and they had virtually no privacy. They were closely watched from the time they got married, and all throughout their marriage, especially when each of their three children was born. Now that the public has taken such a strong interest in Meghan and Harry, we can only imagine that William and Kate might be just a little relieved.

I do find it very suspicious how far the narratives goes in certain newspapers about Harry & Meghan plans to move abroad or even to the continent Africa? Egypt? Morocco?! No one knows.. However, let them adjust as a family, let them leave their lives! Let them breath! Leave them alone for God sake… Just a minute. I do appreciate the idea of them full time working Royals and going abroad to work as representatives for the Queen as the Commonwealth trust presidents, but this is being quite intrusive and inhuman. Clickbait matters..££$$ this is so sad really and tiring. And for those accusing a whole Great Britain nation to hate Meghan is very disgusting too! Everywhere they go their are amounts of Brits applauding them, screaming for them, waiting hours outside for them.. Only because Daily Mail, The Sun or Mirror writes something does not mean that is the fault of 66, 04 Million (2017) citizens fault is come on!! Let starts our disagreement by calling out the names of the source and not putting 66,04 millions brits in one pot. That’s not fair. We do also not identify a nation by one president. That’s not right. Let’s do better. Sorry, going back to the subject AFRICA: according to Buckingham Palace: “Any future plans for The Duke and Duchess are speculative at this stage. No decisions have been taken about future roles. “The Duke will continue to fulfil his role as Commonwealth Youth Ambassador.” Let them have a baby and breath… this is frustrating

That remains to be seen. Once they introduce Baby Sussex to the world, the news media and fans will go wild. Chances are, we will see a lot of them even when they are in Africa, especially since everyone will be wanting to get a glimpse of those adorable baby pictures. With people supposedly telling William that his “influence will grow,” it may mean that he and Kate can expect more time in the spotlight after Harry and Meghan’s African move. However, the world will never lose interest in either of the royal couples.
