‘Bachelor’ Fans Think Cassie Randolph’s Body Language Proves She’s Not in Love
Hannah Brown is looking for love currently on The Bachelorette, but we all remember when she was vying for Colton Underwood’s attention during his season of The Bachelor. Unfortunately for Brown, it was Cassie Randolph who received all of Underwood’s adoration. And while Randolph was ready to send herself home at one point during the show, Underwood begged her to give love a chance — and now, they’re talking about getting engaged.
Since The Bachelor ended, fans have long since speculated that Randolph isn’t in love with Underwood — and it seems her body language toward Underwood isn’t helping fans believe she’s in love, either. Here’s what they’re saying.
Fans have long suspected Colton Underwood is more in love than Cassie Randolph is
Underwood and Randolph may be discussing a future engagement now, but while Underwood’s season of the show was still airing, Randolph expressed major concerns about their relationship. Even Randolph’s own family members didn’t seem too into Underwood upon first meeting. It seems all that has since changed, however, as the two act quite in love during interviews — but fans still seem to think something’s up with Randolph’s behavior.
As one Reddit user noted, “I think she likes him a lot, and loves the idea of being in love with him. However, I remain unconvinced that she’s in love with him,” and others seemed to agree. Many other Bachelor fans have also noticed that Randolph seems closer with her sister and her family than with Underwood. And when Randolph recently appeared in a spread for Cosmopolitan magazine, it had many believing she may have just gone on the show for fame.
Underwood’s followers think her body language shows she’s not that into him
Underwood and Randolph have had plenty of time to convince fans that they really are in love — and many of their photos seem to show them deeply connecting. Unfortunately, Underwood’s followers have also noticed that in some cases, Randolph seems to be giving some tell-tale body language signs that she’s just not that into him. This photo shows Underwood and Randolph looking sultry — but fans can’t help but notice Randolph leaning away as Underwood leans in.
“I’m sorry to say this but body language speaks volumes and sometimes I feel like Cassie is not in this for the right reason (based on other pics) Coltun be careful with your heart. She just may be about the fame [sic],” one of his followers commented on the photo. On the same photo, another added, “Is it just me? I’m buying his love for her but not hers for him. I know we aren’t in their life but a picture tells a thousand words. After watching their Bach series, I do not feel it from her at all.”
Fans made note of Randolph’s body language in yet another one of Underwood’s posts, too. “She should be looking at you and not the camera,” one follower added to this Instagram post.
Fans are waiting for Underwood to pop the question
It seems the only thing that will make many believe that Randolph actually does love Underwood more than she loves fame is if she accepts a marriage proposal. Typically, couples at the end of The Bachelor get engaged — but Underwood and Randolph wanted to get to know each other and take things slow. It looks like an engagement is incoming, however. Back in April, Entertainment Tonight caught up with the happy couple, and they spilled the beans on their future plans.
“But you know, we’ve talked about our engagement and talked about taking the next step in our relationship and [decided] one thing at a time,” Underwood said. And when he was asked when he’d propose, he added, “Honestly, if I was a betting man I would say it would happen within the next year, yes.” We can’t wait to see what’s in store for the in-love duo.
