‘Bachelor in Paradise’: These Fan Favorites’ Instagrams Prove They May Not Have Actually Broken up After the Show

This week, we had to bid adieu to Bachelor in Paradise. And that meant saying goodbye to some of our favorite relationships. Even some of the really strong couples who looked like they were built to last, like Clay Harbor and Nicole Lopez Alvar, couldn’t make it past the end of Paradise.

But there was one relationship that we didn’t get closure on, and that was Connor Saeli and Whitney Fransway’s.

Connor Saeli and Whitney Fransway’s relationship

Finding love again after heartbreak is difficult, especially on such a tight time crunch like in Paradise.

After Caelynn Miller-Keyes broke Saeli’s heart by leaving Paradise with Dean Unglert, Saeli was lost. But there was one girl he was still looking forward to seeing.

“It’s hard when 90 percent of the people here have found a connection with someone and are pursuing that and I haven’t really found that,” Saeli said. “Revian’s a cool girl, but I didn’t feel like I clicked with her, exactly. But at the wedding, I met Whitney. She’s gorgeous. We had a couple of good conversations. Honestly, I can’t stop thinking about her. Whitney is the only one that I’m super interested in. If she doesn’t come, I’ll probably just leave. I’m not here to get a friendship rose. I genuinely came here to find someone, to find love. If that’s not happening…I don’t want to be here.”

Luckily for Saeli, Fransway also wanted to meet him.

“I’m going to Paradise to meet Connor!” Fransway told cameras before going out to the beach. “We had this amazing conversation at the wedding. I’m just excited to get there and I really want to explore and see if there’s something between us.”

But by the time Fransway got to Paradise, Saeli had left. She, then, showed up at his hotel room and the two began to explore their relationship.

Unfortunately, the relationship hit a rough patch shortly after it began.

“After Mexico, I ended up flying to LA with her,” Saeli told People. “I got to meet a bunch of her friends and it was cool to see her life there.”

Things were going well at first, but, ultimately, Saeli thinks that they just rushed the relationship too much.

“We realized the relationship was moving really quickly,” he continued. “We almost skipped over those beginning of relationship steps, like really getting to know each other. We were basically thrown into a long-distance relationship, and the fact that we had to be private about it (as the show was airing) made it even harder.”

They ended up calling things off last week.

“It was 100 percent mutual,” he said. “We’re just not right for each other.”

But Saeli isn’t saying they won’t ever get back together.

“That’s something we’ll see in time,” he said of rekindling things with Fransway. “You never know what could happen down the road.”

Are Saeli and Fransway actually broken up?

Saeli’s explanation of why the relationship ended seems all well and good, but their Instagrams may tell another story.

Recently, Fransway posted a picture of herself in Tulum, Mexico on Instagram, staying at Zorba Tulum Beach Homes.

Guess who else is at the same resort? Saeli!

Coincidence? We think not.
