‘Bachelor In Paradise’: Why Jordan Kimball Is Not Entertaining Jenna Cooper Or Her Tell-All Book.
Summer 2019 is just weeks away, and for Bachelor Nation, we’re all looking forward to Summer’s best, guilty pleasure show. Bachelor In Paradise brings together former contestants from The Bachelor and The Bachelorette and offers them a second chance to find love in Mexico. We can’t wait for all the ridiculous drama to unfold. But even though a new season of Bachelor in Paradise is right around the corner, Jenna Cooper still isn’t over the drama from the last season with ex-fiance Jordan Kimball.
Jenna & Jordan
Jenna Cooper and Jordan Kimball made waves with their short-lived relationship last Summer. The two met in paradise and promptly got engaged after just a few short weeks. All seemed well, and they were planning their wedding when texts leaked from Cooper’s phone between herself and a man who claimed to be in a romantic relationship with her.
The texts indicated that she was just using Kimball and the engagement to gain publicity and that she didn’t really like Kimball. Following the scandal, Kimball promptly called off the engagement and other alumni from the franchise rallied around him, sending the message the Cooper was at fault.
Cooper, however, has always maintained her innocence in the situation. She recently gave an interview speaking out about the drama and announcing a tell-all book. “I am no longer under contract, and I am ready to share the details. I know America has heard some of the obnoxious lies about me from Bachelor Nation’s most thirsty contestants and gossip blogs. But now it’s my turn. I have gone to great lengths to prove that all of these accusations were false. I hope that it will inspire other women to stand up for themselves despite being victimized and bullied.” the social media influencer said.
Cooper went on to say that it was Kimball who actually had another person on the side, not her, “The irony of the situation is that after he proposed to me, he blindsided me with the information that he still had a girlfriend. He said he needed to break things off with her because we got engaged, and as soon as he got his phone back he ignored me and spent hours outside talking to her. I was confused, and he couldn’t really explain himself.” she said.
For Kimball’s part, he seems completely over the entire situation and has long since moved past all the drama of last Summer. In a very candid statement, the Bachelor in Paradise alum said “This is false. I’m not entertaining anything she says. It’s almost been a year and she is still at it. What a nightmare.”
Though Kimball is not currently dating, the model admits that he is looking for love again. “I’m very excited to open my heart up again. I’m looking for someone who is intelligent. I’m looking for a sweetheart. I’m looking for my girl.” Could this mean he will be returning to paradise this Summer? Only time will tell, but one thing’s for sure, anything’s possible in the crazy world of The Bachelor Franchise.
