‘Below Deck’ Fans Can Book a Dream Meal With Chef Adrian
Below Deck viewers watched not only charter guests, but Captain Lee Rosbach go into blissed-out food heaven after sampling Chef Adrian Martin’s fare.
The French-trained chef consistently hit every meal out of the park for charter guests using his zen approach to his creations. Even Rosbach was put on the spot during his appearance on a previous episode of Watch What Happens Live. Host Andy Cohen asked Rosbach to choose between Chef Ben Robinson or Martin’s cooking. And although it was probably like choosing between his children, Rosbach leaned toward Martin.
While most fans can only dream of what it would be like to dive into one of Martin’s dishes, some may actually be able to bring that dream to fruition. Martin took to his Instagram story to share some exciting news.
He’s been working on land
Thus far Martin has not returned to yachting. During the reunion, he revealed he would be working as a private chef in New York City. He often shared some serious food eye candy on his Instagram of the edible art he prepared for lucky guests.
Some creations are not only gorgeous but healthy too. “Some more raw vegan love, beet root coconut cappuccino, dehydrated black bean cakes with an avocado wasabi cream, pickled fresh peas, citrus marinated parsnip spring roll and a matau shaped peanut chutney topped by crispy spicy okra! Food for the soul.”
Fans knew he was going to be working in the city for a limited time. “Hey hey beautiful people, I’m in New York until the end of the month and am available for all your dinners and private events, DM me for availability’s and rates!” he wrote on Instagram.
Fans are in luck
Although Martin originally said he’d be leaving the city in April, he’s decided to extend his stay. “Hey my lovelies, due to the large demand for my services I will be sticking around the NY area until mid May, I am almost booked out but still have a few open spots and I am offering and new in house dinning experience! Comme to my loft and experience my world first hand!” he wrote on Instagram.
Martin added to his Instagram story that he’s not only available but hiring him to cook for you may not be as expensive as you think. “People always think my rates are crazy expensive,” he says. “They’re not. It’s affordable, so please DM me and check it out.”
He’s also doing something new called an in-house dining experience. So instead of him going to a private home, you come to him for your meal. He showed the gorgeous apartment where he’s staying for the next few weeks. So guests can have a cool interactive experience right in Martin’s home away from home. “It’s been such a pleasure living here, really.”
The apartment also has a lush rooftop garden where he suggests guests can dine. Even groups can be accommodated too. Who wouldn’t want what Martin is cooking?
