‘Below Deck Med’: Conrad Empson Revs up Fitness Studio for New Business
Empson’s app is different from other fitness apps on the market. “An entirely new fitness app which lets you have your own personal trainer at your finger tips for a fraction of the cost! I have Specifically designed this for an average person – just like you and I, to be able to work with and create, a comfort in our own bodies – Whether that be from your own home or in a gym,” he shared on Instagram.
Now he’s showing fitness seekers exactly where their personal trainers will meet up with them by sharing a cool transformative video of the new studio.
He didn’t wait for the studio to be finished
Empson shared a video of how he filmed personal trainers in the temporary location. “A little sneaky peek behind the scenes of our latest shoot for the app,” he posted along with a video of a trainer performing a move.
“This was such a fun day filming some extra content for the Focus Fitness App. You will only get to see the finished product when you sign up to the app,” he continued. “We had to use a temporary filming location while we waited for our new custom set up to be finished at Focus Fitness HQ. We can’t wait to show you our new set up now we have moved in.
Follow us for updates on when our exciting new fitness app is going to drop.”
He also shared a photo of the workout he was testing out. “As you can probably tell this is not the after photo ….,” he wrote wearing a big smile.
Making progress on the studio
Empson shared a video of the process he went through to create the studio. When he was on Below Deck Med, he shared with the crew that he leaned toward home improvement. He even tried his hand at house flipping after his season wrapped.
He was in his element as he created and built the workout studio. “A few long nights, a shed load of dust, a ton of filler and more paint than you care to know of, the filming studio at the HQ is finished! (For now),” he wrote along with the video. “This space is being used for all our workouts, classes, product reviews and more inside the @focusfitnessapp. #soproud of what a team effort can achieve! The launch date is fast approaching!” Empson also shows how the trainers will use the space and workout.
Empson described the pricing structure in a previous post. Two plans will be available. Prices are estimated to range from little more than $18 to $30 a month. Both programs come with a personal trainer and special nutrition and menu plans. Fitness offerings will vary.
