‘Big Brother 21’ Fans Sound Off Ahead of Finale Night

The Big Brother 21 season finale is here and fans are divided as to who they want to win. With only three houseguests remaining, the last Head of Household will be determined during the live show. As we say goodbye to season 21, fans have expressed their feelings on Twitter with some being sad, others eager and some severely angry.

How will the finale go down?

Julie Chen will be live from the house tonight starting at 9:30 p.m. ET on CBS. As the host of the show, she will precede over the last HOH competition between Holly and Michie. The last challenge is usually the balance one where they are both asked a series of questions about the game.

Whoever has the most points at the end of all the questions, will be crowned HOH. In case they are both tied by the time Chen runs out of questions, they will get their board out and answer a question involving a number. The player that is able to guess closest to the answer, without going over, will win. If both players go over, the closest one to the answer will win.

The final HOH is the most powerful of the season as whoever wins will need to pick another player to take to the final 2. Because Holly and Michie have been in a showmance throughout the season, fans think that neither would take Nicole to the finale. If viewer predictions are accurate, Nicole would be the last member of the jury.

Once the final 2 contestants are settled, Chen will bring out the jury that consists of evicted housemates that have been sequestered in an off-location house. These people will vote for their winner and grant one of them the $500,000 grand prize. The runner-up will take home $50,000 and America’s Favorite player, determined by fan votes, will win $25,000.

Fans are sad ‘Big Brother’ is ending

One viewer is more excited about the content after the show wraps up than to find out who the winner is.

“Is it sad that I’m more excited for the finale podcast of Big Brother than the actual finale? That is unless something crazy happens and Nicole wins,” the fan tweeted.

Another loyal fan that watches the live feeds is not as excited as she was last season.

“Strange feeling, last year I had the feeds up until the very last second they said goodbye and was so sad when it was over. This year I didn’t even remember the feeds were going off. I know it’s finale day but that anticipation and excitement just isn’t there,” the viewer wrote.

“I forgot the [Big Brother 21] finale was tonight and that actually makes me so sad [because] it’s usually such an exciting night,” another fan expressed.

Another television watcher got emotional that the show was ending tonight and would miss their fellow fans.

“Dear [Big Brother 21] fans, I just want to say how sad today is. One of my favorite things to do is this right here, tweet and chat about BB. I come her throughout the day and check in. I’ve met so many wonderful people [and] I am going to miss all of you until next season,” the emotional fan tweeted.

Big Brother will be returning in the summer of 2020 and Chen will be coming back as host.
