‘Big Little Lies’: Nicole Kidman’s Daughters Are Extras in Season 2
Nicole Kidman and the rest of the Big Little Lies cast will be returning for another season. The cast is only getting better with the addition of Meryl Streep, but there are a few more new faces that’ll be in this season.
Kidman’s daughters will be extras in a scene this season. Find out which scene and more about their goal to act.
Nicole Kidman said husband, Keith Urban has watched all the episodes of Big Little Lies
Big Little Lies gained a following in the first season. One of those fans includes Kidman’s husband, Keith Urban.
“He’s unbelievably supportive and watches all the episodes and cheers on from the sidelines which, I have to say, if I didn’t have that I wouldn’t be able to do it, I seriously wouldn’t,” Kidman said according to News.com.au. Their kids are also getting into acting and will be in the show.
She has reportedly been teaching their daughters how to act
Sunday Rose and Faith Margaret reportedly are taking after their mother by taking acting classes. This probably helped with their appearance on the HBO show.
“Faith and Sunday have really caught the acting bug and as well as appearing in Big Little Lies, they’re now going to be on her series The Undoing,” a source told Closer Weekly. “They’re serious about following in Nicole’s footsteps and she’ll do everything she can to get them to where they want to be. Nicole has been talking about enrolling them in acting classes but for now, she’s realized that she can teach them herself!”
The source revealed how the mom has personally gotten involved with their process. “She’s giving them lessons at home and they love every second of it,” the insider added. “The fact that Faith and Sunday are so interested in this makes Nicole feel closer to them and even though they’re still young, she’s happy to help launch them into the spotlight.”
They will be in the classroom scenes
Fans will have to keep their eyes peeled during the classroom scenes this season. Kidman said that is where her daughters 10-year-old Sunday Rose and 8-year-old Faith Margaret will be shown.
“You see them fleetingly in the classroom scenes,” she said on Good Morning America. She opened up about what it meant for them to be part of the experience.
“Yes, and I’ve always said this, there’s something wonderful about bringing your children to work, and them seeing what you do, and them being a part of it, and being interested and curious and feeling like it’s theirs as well,” she said.
Zoe Kravitz also talked to Entertainment Tonight about having the two girls on set. “Yeah, they’re around a lot and I sometimes can’t tell when they’re actually in a scene or just hanging out,” she said. “But they’re so sweet and really, really smart. You can tell they were raised by Nicole Kidman.”
Fans will have to look closely at the classroom scenes to spot the two girls. Their first roles might lead to a career in the future.
