‘Blue Bloods’: Eddie Is Getting a New Look This Week as She Gets Close to a Cult
Every week we can expect new cases and another family dinner on Blue Bloods. The show has teased what the new cases will be this week. We also know about Eddie (Vanessa Ray) is getting a new look as she interacts with a cult for the Oct. 25 episode.
Find out more about the episode and what the other Reagan characters will be doing this week. It sounds like multiple family members will be working together to solve their cases.
Frank will get involved with Jamie’s new case
Frank Reagan (Tom Selleck) will spend more time with Jamie in the upcoming episode. A teaser was released showing him going to his crime scene, which is at someone’s house.
“Self-inflicted gun shot wound to the head,” Jamie (Will Estes) tells Frank. The father then said, “I’ve known him for a long time and her. She was real sick.”
There is a man in the house with a girl grieving and a body is being removed. Frank later confronts a different man and shows him a picture of a bloody shirt.
“Yours? Simple question” Frank says. The man answers yes. The police commissioner might want to let someone off because Jamie confronts him about it. A photo has also been released showing Frank visiting Jamie at his new apartment.
This isn’t the only episode that has been teased. Eddie is getting a new case and look in order to blend into a cult for the episode airing on Oct. 25.
Eddie will go undercover in a cult
The police officer is once again going undercover. This time she is taking down a cult to help Erin (Bridget Moynahan), according to TV Insider.
This means she’s putting her police uniform and bun aside. She is seen with a long wig with bangs. She is also wearing different clothing that involves many layers.
Gideon Emery from Teen Wolf is a guest star in the episode. He is somehow involved in this mysterious cult.
Will she have trouble with her sergeant again?
In the episode “Behind the Smile” fans got to see Eddie and her new partner interact with their sergeant. She wasn’t a fan of Eddie at all.
She repeatedly accused her of not following protocol. The sergeant also made it seem like Eddie was using her marriage with Jamie to her benefit with work.
The episode ended with Eddie telling a witness to hug their sergeant without her knowing. He did and she smiled, which could hint that she will lighten up. Fans reacted to the new character.
“The female Sergeant is really not a likable character. I hope Nicki [sic] (Sami Gayle) does go to San Francisco,” one fan tweeted. Another person tweeted, “Eddies’ [sic] boss has no clue that she doesn’t take any mess from anyone.”
However, it’s possible that Eddie will still have problems with her in this episode. Fans will have to wait and find out if that story will continue. The new episode airs on Oct. 25 at 10/9 CDT on CBS.
[Correction, 10/18/12: An earlier version claimed the episode with Eddie’s cult storyline will air on Oct. 18. It will air on Oct. 25.”]
