‘Blue Bloods’ Fans Think Danny Reagan Will Start a New Relationship in Season 10

Danny Reagan (Donnie Wahlberg) had his heartbroken when his life Linda (Amy Carlson) was murdered. Now that her murderer is behind bars he can start moving on and that could involve dating.

Blue Bloods fans believe he will start a new relationship this season. Find out who they think he’ll start dating and more.

Maggie Gibson started helping Danny Reagan last season

Danny continued to work on cases with his partner Maria (Marisa Ramierz) last season. However, he got some unexpected help from Maggie Gibson (Callie Thorne.)

Maggie claimed to be psychic and told Danny her visions to help solve his case. Things got really personal when she gave him a message from his dead wife, Linda.

She mentioned Linda to Danny and he said, “I don’t want your help. I have no interest in communicating with the dead, okay? My wife knows how much I love her.” Maggie then said, “She says she loves you more.”

In a later episode, Maggie also pushed Danny to move on by taking off his wedding ring. The cop also had an important conversation with a family member last season.

Henry told Danny that he needs to move on

The Reagan patriarch visited Danny last season and talked to him about his love life. Henry (Len Cariou) told him he should look for someone new.

In the episode, “Blues” Henry told him that his home is “empty.” He knew Danny was sad because he shot someone on the job.

“Linda was the one who got you through those others. She also could have gotten through this one,” said Henry. Danny said, “Yeah, but it wasn’t in the cards.” The grandfather then said, “So draw a new one.”

Fans think he might start a relationship with Maggie

Maggie made another appearance in season 10’s premiere. That’s because she felt like she had a lead on a murder of a young girl. She asked Danny to help.

Danny was happy to help, but Maria seemed more suspicious of Maggie. “You know maybe you should just leave him alone. He doesn’t need you disrupting his life anymore,” she told Maggie.

When Maggie said she isn’t trying to disrupt Danny life Maria said. “Oh no? Getting him to take his ring off, asking him for help on cases, that’s not disrupting his life?”

Maggie said she wants to help him move on. Fans think this might be a sign that he and Maggie’s relationship will grow this season.

One fan tweeted, “Hoping for a new love interest for Danny, the seer looks like she would fit in great around the Sunday table.” Another fan tweeted, “How long will it take for Danny and Maggie to hook up? You know it’s gonna happen! #BlueBloods.”

We already noticed a change in Danny this episode. He was ready to believe Maggie instead of being skeptical like he was in the past. We will have to wait and see if their partnership will become something more.
