Bravo Creates Superstar Video Montage for Bravo Junkie Fan
When Bravo Junkie member Kathryn Wright shared that she was battling stage 4 ovarian cancer, she also revealed in her blog she didn’t think she had much time left. Her hope was to live to experience Christmas and watch her nephews open their gifts. When members read this message, several reached out to Bravolebrities, which is the 28-year-old’s favorite network.
First Captain Lee Rosbach from Below Deck received a tweet from a member who simply asked for a message of support. Rosbach did one better and recorded a 10 minute-long emotional Cameo video. Rosbach also got in touch with Wright too. From there came a flurry of activity from other members who mobilized and asked as many Bravolebrities as possible for video messages.
Videos of love begin to pour in
Video messages from Bethenny Frankel from The Real Housewives of New York City and chef Ben Robinson from Below Deck arrived. Also, the comedy team from Watch What Crappens sent Wright a beautiful message where they got their massive audience involved too.
More videos arrived. João Franco from Below Deck Mediterranean read one of Wright’s blog entries in his video. Colin Macy-O’Toole from Below Deck Med wrote one of his signature raps for Wright. Also, Hannah Berner from Summer House and Craig Conover from Southern Charm sent Wright heartfelt wishes.
Andy Cohen recorded his own video message of love and support for Wright. “I have been inundated with comments about how wonderful you are, and what an amazing person you are, and I just wanted you to know, I’m sending you so much love,” He said speaking directly to Wright. “And you are very loved.”
Bravo created a special video montage for Wright
As more individual videos poured in, Bravo took the efforts one step further and created a special video montage with a number of fan favorites. Kristen Doute from Vanderpump Rules and Tyler Whitman from Million Dollar Listing New York sent their support.
A number of Real Housewives like Kenya Moore from The Real Housewives of Atlanta and Margaret Josephs from The Real Housewives of New Jersey were among the many. Also, Dr. Jackie Walters from Married to Medicine sent “love, hugs, and kisses.”
Some Bravolebrities, who already shot an individual video were part of the Bravo montage too. Captain Sandy Yawn from Below Deck Med and girlfriend Leah Shafer sent Wright another message. Fans were overwhelmed. “What a beautiful gesture from Bravo and the celebrities we love so much. We can’t thank you enough! The tears are flowing at @BravoJunkies_FB#Kathrynstrong#J4L,” one fan remarked.
Another person shared that the video was sent directly to Wright too. “Wow! I so hope Kathryn gets to see this. Myself and fellow @BravoJunkies_FB are blown away by all of the support,” one person commented. Another person responded, “It was sent to her so she’ll get to see it.”
