Caryn Chandler Told Matt Roloff She’s ‘Here for the Long Haul’ in the New ‘LPBW’ Trailer

A ton has changed since the beginning of Little People, Big World. While Matt and Amy Roloff started the show as a happily married couple living on Roloff Farms with their four children, their kids are all grown up now with families of their own. And Matt and Amy divorced years ago and have also moved on with new long-term partners.

We know Amy is engaged to her partner of three years, Chris Marek. And now, fans are waiting to see if Matt will propose to his girlfriend and ex-Roloff Farms manager, Caryn Chandler. While they don’t seem like they’re prepping for marriage just yet, Chandler mentioned in the trailer for Season 15 of the show that she’s planning on staying with Matt for the foreseeable future. Here’s what she said.

Caryn Chandler has been the center of ‘Little People, Big World’ controversy

Matt and his girlfriend certainly appear happy, but they haven’t been able to avoid confrontation with Amy. Amy wrote about Matt and Chandler’s relationship in her memoir, A Little Me. And she also noted in live videos for Facebook that she suspected Matt and Chandler were having relations before she and Matt were divorced.

“And I believe — this is all from my perspective — that there was more than just friends going on,” Amy said on Facebook Live. “And I think that evolved to a point where that got in the way of our marriage as well.”

On LPBW, Amy expressed her discomfort around Chandler being a part of family events early on in Chandler and Matt’s relationship, too. “Matt’s worked with her for many many years,” Amy said on the show. “So that will always hurt to some degree. But it is something that I will have to be an adult about — doesn’t mean I have to accept it.”

Chandler said she’s not in a rush to marry Matt Roloff

While Amy is already thinking about marriage after getting engaged to Marek in 2019, Matt and Chandler aren’t on the same timeline. Matt and Chandler frequently travel together to Surprise, Arizona. And they’re both still on Roloff Farms developing relationships with Matt’s grandkids who are close by. And when it comes to marriage, Chandler mentioned on her Instagram that she and Matt are in no rush down the aisle.

Chandler posted a photo of her holding Zach and Tori’s baby girl, Lilah, in November 2019. To that, one follower commented, “Thought I saw a ring on that left finger.”

Chandler answered, “hahah. No – we r just enjoying life with no rush – I promise to let ya know if that changes tho.”

People released a trailer for Season 15 of LPBW. And it took a look back at some of the major events that occurred for Amy, Matt, and Roloff Farms. Not only does the trailer touch on Amy’s recent engagement, but it also focuses on Matt and Chandler’s relationship. And Chandler drops a major bomb that she’s planning on being with Matt for the foreseeable future.

“It’s my goal to eventually get married to Caryn,” Matt notes to the cameras in the video. And the trailer then changes over to Matt and Chandler speaking to each other on what looks to be farm property.

“I’m here for the long haul,” Chandler noted.

In another clip, Chandler tells the cameras, “I think we’re all trying to overcome whatever stuff we have because we’re gonna be together.” And Amy seems to agree in her clip, as she mentions she hopes her family can come together despite all their differences and the hurt of the divorce.

We can’t wait to see what happens when LPBW returns on March 31!
