It’s Cute how Excited Alan Bersten is to Dance with Hannah Brown Again During the ‘DWTS’ Tour
“Hannah and I built such an amazing relationship during these 11, 12 weeks that it’s nice to look back and reflect on how amazing this experience has been and what a friend I made in Hannah,” Bersten told People after he and Brown took home the Mirrorball Trophy.
The dancer continued: “Hannah and I, it was a different partnership than I’ve ever experienced before because after rehearsals almost every day we would go and eat and just hang out and that’s very rare when you spend six hours with someone that you want to still see them afterwards. So I’m really lucky that me and Hannah became such good friends.”
After the finale, Brown and Bersten went their separate ways to celebrate Thanksgiving with their families. As soon as the two got back into town, though, they began hitting some of their favorite restaurants from when they were rehearsing.
“Guys, we’re at our old stomping grounds. We’re having some pizza and it feels weird because we didn’t rehearse all day together today,” Bersten said in a video on his Instagram stories on Sunday, December 15. “But I rehearsed. Are you going to be there tomorrow?”
Brown smiled and nodded ‘yes’ (she lost her voice).
The two seemed to be in good spirits, happy to be reunited and eating pizza.
Hannah Brown and Alan Bersten have missed each other
According to a Life & Style source, Brown and Bersten have missed each other since the season ended.
“Hannah and Alan do miss being together every day, but they don’t miss the day to day grind of rehearsals,” the source told the publication.
“They still talk and they text all the time,” they continued. “These two will definitely be friends for life. And for all the fans, family and friends that want it to be romantic, you’ll just have to be patient and wait because that hasn’t happened, not yet anyway.”
Alan Bersten and Hannah Brown are excited for the ‘Dancing With the Stars: Live!’ tour 2020
The dance rehearsal Bersten was referring to was for the upcoming DWTS tour. Along with Brown and Bersten, Lauren Alaina, Kel Mitchell, Kate Flannery, and Sailor Brinkley-Cook will also be performing on the tour that begins January 9.
Brown will be joining at Radio City Music Hall in New York City on January 28. And Bersten is very excited.
“It’s going to be awesome … It’s one of the most iconic shows we do,” he told Life & Style.
He’s especially looking forward to performing again with Brown.
“We’ve been lucky enough to be there before but to be there with Hannah and share this monumentous … Monumental? Just milestone in my life. Like, it’s so big and it’s so … it’s such an amazing experience to share,” said Bersten. “I’m so glad Hannah’s going to be there for it.”
