When does the Disney Christmas parade air?

The Disney Parks Magical Christmas Celebration airs on Christmas Day. And, it’s as if Santa Claus and Mickey Mouse conspired to bring the magic of Christmas and Disney. Even if you’re on the naughty list, the Disney Christmas parade will bring a smile to your face — especially with all the performances, surprise celebrity guests, and, of course, Christmas spirit.

When does the Disney Christmas parade air? Tune in to ABC on Tuesday, December 25, 2018, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, or 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Central, Mountain, or Pacific Standard Time. Who is performing at the Disney Christmas parade?

This Christmas, Gwen Stefani will be performing on the Disney Christmas parade. The pop star is set to perform a song called “Winter Wonderland” off her Christmas album, “You Make It Feel Like Christmas”

Brett Eldredge

Enjoy a holiday performance from Brett Eldridge on the Disney Christmas parade special. This year, the country star will perform the classic holiday song, “Do You Hear What I Hear?”

Andrea Bocelli

The iconic Andrea Bocelli will perform “Ave Maria” followed by a performance with his son, Matteo Bocelli for a rendition of “White Christmas.”

Jordan Fisher

Singer and actor Jordan Fisher (who also happens to be hosting the Disney Christmas special) will perform “This Christmas.”

Aloe Blacc

Aloe Blacc is performing “Tell Your Mama,” a song off his first Christmas album (called “Christmas Funk”).

Olivia Holt

Marvel’s Cloak & Dagger star, Olivia Holt will also perform on the Disney Christmas parade. However, her song title has yet to be released.

Maddie Poppe

Singer and American Idol winner, Maddie Poppe will be back on ABC this Christmas for a performance of “Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree.”

DCappella

The Disney cappella group, DCappella will also perform a Christmas song on the Disney Christmas parade. Tune in to hear the group perform the holiday classic, “Last Christmas.”

Why Don’t We

You can expect a performance from pop band, Why Don’t We this Christmas too. The group will perform “Kiss You This Christmas” from their “A Why Don’t We Christmas” album.

Who is hosting the Disney Parks Magical Christmas Celebration?

This year’s Disney Parks Magical Christmas Celebration is hosted by Jordan Fisher and Sarah Hyland with co-host Jesse Palmer. In addition, Grown-ish’s Trever Jackson and Good Trouble’s Cierra Ramirez are parade correspondents. There will also be various surprise celebrity appearances.

When does Disneyland film their Christmas special

Unlike the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, the Disney Parks Magical Christmas Celebration is not a live program. The parks film the holiday spectacular ahead of time, usually in November. This year, Walt Disney World and Disneyland filmed its holiday special from November 7, 2018 to November 11, 2018. Filming took place all around the theme parks and the parade was filmed early in the morning.
