Does ‘The Office’ Have a Christmas Episode?

The Office is definitely one of those shows you can binge multiple times. But at this time of year, you may just want to go straight to the holiday episodes. So does The Office have a Christmas episode? Micahel Scott (Steve Carell) should be the last boss to be in charge of anything to do with Christmas. But he was and he ruined it many times. Here are the Christmas episodes of The Office.

“Christmas Party” Season 2 Episode 10

The show’s first Christmas episode was “Christmas Party.” In it, everyone is busy planning the office Christmas party and getting gifts for Secret Santa. Jim (John Krasinski) gets Pam (Jenna Fischer) for Secret Santa and sweetly gets her a teapot filled with inside jokes. That, however, doesn’t go as planned when Michael goes against the $20 limit and buys an iPod. That iPod becomes up for grabs by everyone.

“Benihana Christmas” Season 3 Episode 10

In “Benihana Christmas,” the Party-Planning Committee splits up and are at odds. Pam and Karen (Rashida Jones) team up to plan their own party to go against Angela’s (Angela Kinsey). The rest of the office is stuck in between their feud. But the title comes from Jim, Dwight (Rainn Wilson), and Andy (Ed Helms) taking Michael out to Benihana in hopes to cheer him up after Carol (Nancy Carell) broke up with him.

“Moroccan Christmas” Season 5 Episode 11

Phyllis (Phyllis Smith) is taking on the party planning this year and the theme is Moroccan. Meredith (Kate Flannery) has a few too many drinks at the party and goes all out. Dwight has customers coming in to buy the year’s most popular toy for a high price after he bought them at bulk. The office eventually tries to come together to hold an intervention for Meredith.

“Secret Santa” Season 6 Episode 13

The show revisits Secret Santa in this episode. This one is full of costumes with the office having one too many Santa Clauses. Michael and Phyllis fight it out to be the official Santa of the year and Dwight dresses up as an elf. The employees exchange gifts but by the end of the episode, there is some big news about Dunder Mifflin that comes out.

“Classy Christmas” Part 1 and 2 Season 7 Episode 11 and 12

Pam has shut down the Party-Planning Committee, which is fine until there is a big announcement. Toby (Paul Lieberstein) announces that he will be gone for jury duty so Holly (Amy Ryan) is coming back. Michael decides they need a classy Christmas party in order to impress her.

“Christmas Wishes” Season 8 Episode 10

In “Christmas Wishes,” Andy takes over since he has been promoted. He decides to bring his girlfriend Andy to the office, which bothers Erin (Ellie Kemper). James Spader also appears in this episode as Robert California, the new CEO.

“Dwight Christmas” Season 9 Episode 9

Angela forgot about the Christmas party so the office panics. Dwight switches things up by going for a Pennsylvania Dutch Christmas and he dresses up as the German version of Santa. This episode is much less festive than the others mostly because they forgot to plan it.

The Dunder Mifflin employees always had a crazy holiday. The good thing is that The Office fans have plenty of episodes to choose from this season because of it.
