Every Single Time the Hosts Of ‘Morning Joe’ Have Slammed the Trumps

From the start of his campaign and through his time in the White House, President Donald Trump has made a considerable amount of enemies. Though his supporters will apparently stand by his side no matter what he says or does, other folks, especially those in the media, aren’t afraid to call Trump out for his harmful rhetoric, policies, and inappropriate speech.

MSNBC’s Morning Joe hosts Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski are some of Trump’s biggest critics, but they weren’t always. Trump’s feud with Morning Joe began in May 2016 and has only gotten worse. Still, Trump’s fury doesn’t seem to be stopping the hosts of Morning Joe from slamming Trump’s administration and his family whenever they deserve to be called out.

A thunderous op-ed

Though Trump appeared on Morning Joe during his campaign, that all halted in May 2016.  Scarborough published an op-ed n POTUS in the Washington Post. He wrote, “Unless the Trump team figures out how to build a campaign operation that focuses more on fundamentals than flashy PR tricks, the next deal Donald Trump will be negotiating will be his return to The Apprentice.”

Painfully sensitive when it comes to receiving criticism, Trump fired back in a fury of tweets, calling Morning Joe poorly rated and saying that Brzezinski wasn’t very bright.

Calling out Trump’s abnormal behavior

It’s no secret that President Trump’s behavior in the White House is unlike anything we’ve ever seen. The lashing out and bullying are as disconcerting as they are dangerous, and Brzezinski and Scarborough have called Trump out for it.

Brzezinski stated,

Let’s say someone came into NBC and took over NBC and started tweeting wildly about people’s appearances, bullying people, talking about people in the competition, lying every day, undermining his managers, throwing them under — the person would be thrown out. It’s just not normal behavior. In fact, there would be concern that perhaps the person who runs the company is out of his mind.

Trump has continued to call Brzezinski and Scarborough, #CrazyMika and #PsychoJoe, on Twitter.

A ‘joke’ of a woman

The president hasn’t been the only Trump that the hosts of Morning Joe have called out. Ivanka Trump, Trump’s eldest daughter, serves as one of her father’s top advisers. Though the former fashion mogul claims to stand up for women, she hasn’t done anything to help women. She continues to stand by her father’s side as he’s unleashed oppressive policies and faced numerous accusations of sexual misconduct.

When Ivanka tried to tell journalists they were inappropriate for asking her about the allegations against her father, Brzezinski took a stand.

She said, “She came in there to fight for women, and if she can’t handle a question like that, the whole thing is clearly is a joke, an utter joke, just like Melania’s role on cyberbullying, which I think is an insult to women, completely. It’s insulting to women. These women have been given fake jobs.”

The real bully in the room

When first lady Melania Trump announced that she would be launching a campaign against cyberbullying, the entire world laughed. After all, her husband is the same man who has tweeted things, like that the Morning Joe hosts begged to join him at his resort for New Year’s Eve and that Brzezinski was “bleeding badly from a face-lift.”

Scarborough said of the first lady’s campaign,

Melania Trump continuing to talk about cyberbullying when the cyberbullying continues when you have her husband implying that a New York senator would be willing to do sexual favors for campaign donations, and a thousand other attacks against women and other people on Twitter. That’s cyberbullying, She needs to call out the president, or she needs to stop talking about cyberbullying.

Blatant racism

It’s clear that black people and President Trump as a whole don’t see eye to eye. Trump’s racist rhetoric reared its ugly head in November 2017 when he claimed he helped secure the release of three African-American basketball players arrested for shoplifting in China. Apparently, the situation was resolved for before Trump ever got involved.

One of those players was LiAngelo Ball. Though Ball thanked Trump publicly at a press conference, Ball’s father, LaVar Ball, went on ESPN and said that Trump deserved no credit whatsoever.

Obviously, Trump hit the fan, tweeting, “Now that the three basketball players are out of China and saved from years in jail, LaVar Ball, the father of LiAngelo, is unaccepting of what I did for his son and that shoplifting is no big deal. I should have left them in jail!”

The hosts of Morning Joe quickly pointed out the racism in Trump’s words. Scarborough said, “There’s racist overtures here. The black man was not appreciative of what the white man did for him, and it’s a dog whistle, to say the least.”

‘An evil man’

During the special election in Alabama when Democrat Doug Jones ran for Senate against the scandal-scarred GOP opponent, Roy S. Moore, Trump, of course, threw his support behind Moore. Though Moore is a Republican, Trump’s endorsement horrified many folks because Moore faced accusations of numerous acts of sexual abuse and child molestation.

Morning Joe regular Donny Deutsch was disgusted by the president. He said, “If we take his implied support of a pedophile and now if we take this additional very clear racist thing, he is an evil man. We don’t talk about that a lot. We talk about he’s insane, crazy, that’s evil. This is just an evil, evil man.”

Tiny hands

Sometimes the best revenge is quiet. After Trump’s tirade about Brzezinski’s bleeding face in June 2017, she clapped back without saying a word. On Twitter, she posted an image of a cereal box with the words, “Made for Little Hands.”

Trump’s abnormal sized hands have been a major source of insecurity for him for years.

In early 2018, during a meeting in the Oval Office with lawmakers, Trump bemoaned, “Why do we want all these people from sh*thole countries coming here?” It was an insensitive and disgusting question that rang around the globe.

On Morning Joe, Scarborough was disturbed. He retorted, “Everybody knows that granddad and grandmom and people with early-onset of dementia. I know this, say things that they would have never said five or six years ago.”

News recently broke that despite their tumultuous relationship, President Trump is gearing up for a meeting with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un to make a deal and cool tensions that have arisen.

The hosts of Morning Joe aren’t convinced that any agreement will be made during the meeting. Brzezinski bluntly said, “He can’t even make a deal with a porn star, (referencing a botched nondisclosure agreement between Trump and adult-film actress Stormy Daniels). He doesn’t even sign the papers of the deal that he struck.”

Complicit in her father’s behavior

In December 2017, Trump sexually harrassed Senator Kirsten Gillibrand on Twitter.

He tweeted, “Lightweight Senator Kirsten Gillibrand, a total flunky for Chuck Schumer and someone who would come to my office “begging” for campaign contributions not so long ago (and would do anything for them), is now in the ring fighting against Trump. Very disloyal to Bill & Crooked-USED!”

Brzezinski was appalled, especially since none of the women surrounding Trump, including his “pro-woman” daughter. Ivanka, came to Senator Gillibrand’s defense.  Brzezinski let Ivanka know just how complicit she is.

She said on Morning Joe, “Maybe she will finally stand up for what is right, since her father just literally sexually harassed, in a cruel way, a woman on Twitter. Ivanka: You stepped in there to talk for women to speak for women to have a platform for women. Where are you today?”
