Celebrity romances can be tough to keep up with, especially when it comes to Saturday Night Live star Pete Davidson. The 25-year-old came into the spotlight when he dated singer Ariana Grande, though he was notably with Cazzie David, Larry David’s daughter, for years beforehand. We know Davidson and Grande didn’t work out despite getting engaged. And after dating a few other women, including Kate Beckinsale, it seems Davidson is now seeing the much-younger Kaia Gerber.

Gerber is known for strutting down the runway (and for being Cindy Crawford’s daughter, of course). And while she and Davidson have yet to confirm their romance, evidence is mounting that they’re together. It seems many of her followers hope the rumors aren’t true, however. Here’s what they’re telling Gerber on Instagram.

Pete Davidson recently split from Margaret Qualley

Kate Beckinsale may have been Davidson’s most recent high-profile fling, but we can’t forget that before Gerber, he was reportedly involved with Margaret Qualley.

Qualley is the daughter of actress Andie MacDowell and played a role in the Quentin Tarantino hit, Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. According to Us Weekly, she and Davidson were together for a few months before calling it quits on their relationship in mid-October. And they even made a few public appearances during their brief relationship, like at the 2019 Venice Film Festival.

As one onlooker told Us Weekly at the time, “There wasn’t much PDA, but he was in a good mood and the two of them were joking around. Margaret walked to the other side [of baggage claim] to get her bag and Pete was waiting with an older lady. Pete was super nice and posed for a photo.”

Davidson and Qualley are reportedly still friends despite the breakup. And just a few weeks later, Davidson was spotted with supermodel Gerber.

If the rumors are true, it didn’t take long for Davidson to move on from Qualley. A source told Page Six that Davidson was first spotted leaving Gerber’s apartment at the end of October.

It seems the two likely met back in June 2019 when Davidson made his runway debut for Alexander Wang. Gerber was in the same fashion show. While they weren’t romantically linked at the time, it seems they’ve kept in touch, as they’ve now been spotted together multiple times.

According to Vulture, Davidson took Gerber to a romantic dinner in Malibu at the start of November, and they were spotted holding hands in a grocery store after that. Even more recently, People reports Gerber picked out a birthday cake for Davidson’s 26th birthday, and she delivered it to NBC Studios where Davidson works. And they also went to Gerber’s apartment at 3 a.m. after an SNL afterparty.

Gerber and Davidson seem to be taking their relationship more public, but many aren’t happy about it. Her Instagram followers have taken to the comments of her photos to warn her against dating the infamous comedian.

“Girl not Pete,” one follower simply commented on a photo of Gerber.

“Why pete davidson tho,” another commented with a crying emoji.

“I read about Kaia dating that guy who has dated everyone. Don’t remember his name. But he has an impressive resume. I was think…..no Kaia, don’t!!!!!” another wrote.

We’re not sure if Gerber reads her comments, but perhaps she should stay away from them for now if she’s hoping to continue dating Davidson in peace. As for what her famous mother, Cindy Crawford, thinks, we’re not sure yet — but we’re anxious to hear!
