Hearties Can Meet ‘When Calls the Heart’ Star Erin Krakow at Christmas-Con 2019

Get out your Santa hat. When Calls the Heart star Erin Krakow will be a very special guest at the first-ever Chrismas-Con, happening from November 8-10 at the New Jersey Convention and Expo Center in Edison, New Jersey. And she won’t be the only Hallmark star in attendance.

“Guess what! I want to meet you in Jersey! Do YOU want to meet ME in Jersey?” Krakow, who plays Elizabeth Thornton on the popular Hallmark series, wrote in an Instagram post

Christmas-Con might be a brand-new event, but it’s managed to attract a star-studded roster of guests. In addition to Krakow — who will be signing autographs and taking selfies with fans on Sunday, November 10 — Hearties will also be able to meet When Calls the Heart star Paul Greene (Carson Shepherd).

“Calling all Christmas movie and Romantic comedy fans far and wide. Come meet me and a bunch of your favs at Christmas Con,” Greene wrote on his Instagram

The Christmas-Con lineup also includes Hallmark stars like Lacey Chabert, Jonathan Bennett, Cameron Mathison, Jackée Harry, Alicia Witt, Nikki DeLoach, Holly Robinson Peete, and Ryan Paevey, with more names to be announced soon. You can check Christmas-Con website to see when your favorites are scheduled to appear.

“I can’t wait to meet you guys!” wrote Chabert on her Instagram. “Happy to be headlining the first annual Christmas Con!” Chabert has appeared in more than half-a-dozen holiday films for the feel-good network. This year, she’ll star in Christmas in Rome, airing Sunday, November 30 at 8/7 on the Hallmark Channel.

Aside from Q&A panels and selfie opportunities, there are a few other special events planned for Christmas-Con. Witt will perform a 45-minute acoustic concert on Saturday night, while Bennett and Chabert will team up for a mini Mean Girls reunion and photo op. An ugly sweater contest is also on the schedule. And of course, you’ll have a chance to take a photo with Santa too.

Christmas-Con tickets start at $35

Unlike some fan conventions that cost an arm and a leg, Christmas-Con is relatively affordable. Single-day tickets start at $35 ($10 for kids), while a general admission three-day weekend pass is $75. Or you can spring for the $170 VIP pass, which gets you front-of-the-line access for autograph signings and photo ops, special seating at panels, entry to the Alicia Witt Concert, and a souvenir tote bag, Christmas ornament, and Santa hat.

Krakow will also star in a new Hallmark Christmas movie

In addition to appearing at Christmas-Con, Krakow will also be a presence on the Hallmark this holiday season. The 35-year-old actress will star in the Jane Austen-themed Christmas movie Sense, Sensibility & Snowmen, airing Thursday, November 21 at 9/8c on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries. Plus, she’ll appear in the all-new When Calls the Heart Christmas special, which premieres on December 25 at 8/7c on the Hallmark Channel.
