Here’s How to Write Meghan Markle and Prince Harry a Card to Congratulate Them on Baby Sussex
Just as the world could barely contain its excitement for Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s wedding day, everyone is on pins and needles waiting on the birth of Baby Sussex.
Markle is predicted to give birth in either late April or early May. The Duchess has had an incredibly busy pregnancy thus far going on trips, speaking on panels, and even squeezing in a few date nights with Harry here and there. But she’s finally at the point in her pregnancy where she can start to relax a little bit. Well, she can relax when she’s not finalizing the renovations happening over at Frogmore Cottage, where she and Harry are moving prior to the baby’s arrival. Luckily for the royal couple. Frogmore Cottage is supposedly a much more relaxing place to live compared to Kensington Palace, where Prince William, Kate Middleton, and their children reside.
Markle’s done plenty of celebrating around the birth of Baby Sussex, but if you want to get in on the action you can actually send the royal couple a congratulatory note yourself. The easiest way to send Prince Harry and Markle

Though the royal couple is currently between homes (Frogmore Cottage and Kensington Palace), you can still send mail to their correspondence section at Clarance House, where Harry’s father, Prince Charles, and Duchess of Cornwall Camilla live. But, don’t worry, if you’ve already sent a note to Kensington Palace, the letter will be forwarded to the correct address.
There’s a good chance they may reply
Be sure to include your return address because Harry and Markle have been known to respond to fan mail every now and then.
The couple received countless letters and notes prior to and following their royal wedding. As a thank you to those who reached out, the Royals sent back notes that came in envelopes featuring the Kensington Palace crest. Inside the envelopes was a black and white photo of the couple on their special day (taken by their engagement photographer, Alexi Lubomirski) and a note that was written on behalf of the couple that read:
“The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have been overwhelmed by all the incredibly kind cards and letters they have received on the occasion of their Wedding and are so touched that you took the trouble to write as you did. It really was most thoughtful of you and greatly appreciated by The Royal Highness who send you their very best wishes.”
So why not send the happy couple a congratulatory note in celebration of Baby Sussex? You just might get a little something in return.
