What high-tech items have Meghan Markle and Prince Harry picked out for their baby’s nursery?

Baby Sussex’s nursery has the typical baby necessities like a crib, rocking chair, and a changing table. However, since Prince Harry is a technology nerd — he also had to add some fun details to the nursery. Royal insider Katie Nicholl told Vanity Fair that the nursery has also been outfitted with, “top-of-the-line cameras, security windows, and a state-of-the-art stereo system.”

Since there is so much mania surrounding Markle and Prince Harry, it’s obvious they want their little one to be as safe as possible. The cameras and guard windows will help put them at ease. The monitoring system will also connect to their smart-phones so they can lay eyes on their bundle of joy at all times. The stereo-system is just genius –we just hope they don’t get too tired of hearing “Baby Shark.”

What color is the baby’s nursery?

Since the duke and duchess have opted not to find out the gender of their baby –Markle created a mood board to capture the tone of the nursery which is being decorated by Vicky Charles, the design director of Soho Farmhouse.

Nicholl explained, “Don’t expect to see any baby pink or baby blue. Apparently, it’s going to be a monochrome palette—whites and grays, I’m told, will be the color theme for baby Sussex’s nursery.” The nursery will be painted with eco-friendly vegan paint that is eucalyptus-infused. From Markle’s fashion choices we know that she loves color as well –she and the prince may decide to add bold pops of color to the room like rugs and pillows once the little one is born.

When is Meghan Markle’s due date?

Initially, we were left to speculate about when Baby Sussex would make his or her debut. However, while the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were visiting Birkenhead during their first public appearance of 2019, Markle gave us some more deets on her due date.

A bystander named Carla Gandy was there with her 4-year-old daughter. She told People, “We asked her how her pregnancy was going, and she said she was six months and she tapped her tummy.” This means that the duchess is due in late April or early May.
