How Are The Kardashians Helping Women Feel More Comfortable With Their Bodies?

The Kardashian-Jenners are always facing criticism about their bodies, but some women are praising them for not being afraid to have curves.

Over the years, the Kardashian sisters have had people call them out for their unnatural looking figures and their derrières.

Though they haven’t let their haters get the best of them, there are some people who love that the famous family is comfortable with their bodies.

Women are embracing their curves

While the goal a few years back was to be thin and resembles the top models in the industry, the goal of today is to have curves.

Many people, especially women, are embracing their curves and natural figures and it’s all thanks to one famous family.

The Kardashians—namely Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, and Kylie Jenner —have faced a ton of backlash over the years for their curvy figures (mainly their backsides).

Though many internet trolls have claimed the famous sisters have had work done and look unnatural, more and more women are started to praise them for embracing their curvy bodies.

On the latest episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Kyle Richards shares how celebrities such as the Kardashians and Jennifer Lopez have helped her and her daughters feel more comfortable with their figures.

“It has changed a bit with J.Lo and the Kardashians,” Kyle said. “Now if you’re fuller, it’s different. I’m like, ‘Okay, my butt looks big in this … yay!’ ”

Richards has faced criticism in the past for changing her body but is now a lot more confident and is happy her daughter have women to look up to.

There is no longer pressure to be thin

For the past few years, social media has played a part in making women and young girls feel like they were not beautiful if they didn’t have a thin figure.

Now that the Kardashians are some of the most followed celebrities on social media, many people now feel comfortable in their bodies and are no longer pressured to be thin.

While on a camping trip with her Real Housewives of Beverly Hills costars, Kyle Richards revealed how the Kardashians have helped her daughters with body image.

“My daughters don’t feel that pressure of being thin like I did growing up because the body type has changed,” Kyle said. “It used to be Marilyn Monroe, that’s what was sexy. And then they got super skinny, like Kate Moss — and that’s unrealistic. My girls don’t feel that.”

Self-love is the key

Not only are women accepting their bodies, they are also learning to love themselves on top of that.

When you see the Kardashians, they are not ashamed of the bodies they’re in and love flaunting their curves every chance they get.

By seeing that, women and young girls are realizing that the only person’s opinion that matters in life is your own.

While on the topic of body image, Lisa Rinna chimes in by sharing how she’s tried helping her daughters accept themselves for who they are.

“It’s hard out there. It is not easy,” Rinna said. “The pressure’s a lot to be perfect. Have my girls had a rough time with it? Yes. All I’ve tried to do more than anything is to teach my girls self-love and how to love yourself. No matter what. No matter how you looked.”

Though the Kardashians might have their flaws and will face criticism until the end of time, they’re showing the world that embracing yourself is the most beautiful quality someone can have.
