How Did Danni Baird from ‘Southern Charm’ Just Escalate Rumors About Austen Kroll’s Girlfriend?

If the meeting between Austen Kroll, Shep Rose, and Craig Conover from Southern Charm was awkward last night, Danni Baird and Madison LeCroy just turned it up to blast.

The guys gently had to let Kroll know they “heard” his girlfriend, LeCroy, was scooping on another man. And that man is Baird’s man. Conover stumbled over his words, trying to find a kinder way to break the news to Kroll, but Rose couldn’t take it. He took over and let it roll.

Kroll is clearly stunned and the trio goes bar hopping to assuage his angst. In the present day, the guys got together for a buzzed Instagram Live to chat with fans and relive that uncomfortable moment they all shared. Meanwhile, Baird and LeCroy start an Instagram war, showing their receipts to prove their positions.

Who really contacted Baird’s boyfriend?

The big controversy surrounds how Baird’s boyfriend Gentry was contacted. Rose and Conover recount on the show how Kroll previously cheated on LeCroy, so perhaps this a payback. Conover spills that LeCroy had her friend direct message Gentry, but didn’t know Gentry was Baird’s boyfriend.

The message was of a very sensitive nature. Conover claims the person told Gentry that LeCroy thought he was hot and wondered if they could meet. Conover adds in a confessional interview that the relationship is one of the most unhealthy ones he’s seen in a long time.

Meanwhile, Rose looks tortured. The friends agree they need to tell Kroll. They do the big reveal over drinks and Kroll is left with nothing more than an extreme buzz and LeCroy admitting it did indeed occur.

The next day it begins

The guys had fun during their Instagram Live, but for the ladies, it meant shots fired. First LeCroy posts to her Instagram story to set the record straight. She shared her text exchange saying that the message doesn’t prove anything concrete.

She goes onto write that the message sent to Gentry was written by her client. The client was scrolling through her pictures while LeCroy was doing her hair. “She showed me his picture and said ‘isn’t he hot’ to which I replied yes he’s good looking,'” she wrote.

“I never said fix me up with him…she wrote that on her own. I don’t know why you are bringing this false narrative up again especially since he has broken up with you @danni_baird.” LeCroy’s friend backs her up in another message.

Baird says not true

Baird posted to Instagram what appears to be the direct message that was sent to Gentry. “Here’s the deal…. Was trying to be a girls girl… but if you wanna play that game…,” she wrote.

The message includes a comment about how LeCroy thought Gentry was “hot” but also asserted that she wanted to meet him. The message also went onto include that LeCroy owned her own business and is on Southern Charm. LeCroy saw Baird’s post and asked, “Where’s his response Danni?”

Meanwhile, over at the guys’ house, the trio looks thick as thieves. Kroll recounts the night on his Instagram story, saying how he and Conover got into a fight, but Conover is standing behind him with a huge smile. They reveal they couldn’t be in the same room for 45 minutes. That’s all it took.
