However, one of his feuds might be over because the surrogate that gave birth to his daughter with Gage Edward, has dropped her lawsuit against them. How is he reacting to the legal news? Jeff Lewis and Gage Edward were sued by their surrogate over comments about her body
Alexandra Trent was the surrogate for the birth of the couple’s daughter, Monroe Christine Lewis. The baby’s birth was captured for their show, Flipping Out. Lewis made a few comments about Trent’s body.
“If I was a surrogate, and I had known there was going to be an audience, I probably would have waxed,” he said in his interview according to E! News. “And that was the shocking part for Gage. I don’t think Gage had ever seen a vagina, let alone one that big.”
In Trent’s lawsuit, it was written that the experience, “deeply damaged Trent” and “caused incredible anguish, self-loathing, contempt
Lewis responded to the lawsuit by calling it a “financial shakedown”
The home designer later responded to Trent’s claims in an interview. He claimed to be surprised by Trent’s response to the episode.
“This is like a blow to the head. We are completely blindsided by this,” Lewis told People. He also claimed that he, Edward, and Trent were all friends. The reality star said his comments were “a poor attempt at humor” and “an off-color joke.”

Trent reportedly dropped her lawsuit against Lewis and Edward, according to The Blast. She cannot refile documents concerning the lawsuit in the future because she is dismissing all claims.
How is Lewis reacting to the news? “Jeff’s relieved to have this past him,” a source told People. “It caused a lot of stress and turmoil in his life, and he’s glad this is finally over.”
Lewis and Edward have broken up since the filing of the lawsuit. The reality star has been open about their breakup on his radio show, Jeff Lewis Live.
In one of the latest episodes, he revealed that Edward threatened to hire a lawyer because he thought Lewis was going down a “destructive path.” Since then, Lewis revealed that he is dating someone new. It seems like Lewis’ legal troubles are now behind him, but it’s still unknown whether Flipping Out will return for another season.
