How Prince Harry Reportedly Felt Leaving Meghan Markle and Baby Archie for Italy

Meghan Markle is currently on maternity leave after giving birth to Archie Harrison. Prince Harry is still attending some events and had to leave the new mother and baby to go to Italy. How did he feel going on the trip? Here is everything you need to know along with who reportedly visited the new mom.

Prince Harry went to Italy for a charity event

Prince Harry flew to Italy on May 23rd for a charity Sentebale Polo Cup match hosted by the Roma Polo Club. The proceeds go to helping children and young people affected by HIV in Lesotho and Botswana.

Sentebale ambassador Nacho Figueras talked to reporters about the new father spending time away from his family. “I am a father of four and sometimes duty calls, this is 24 hours away from the house, I think he’s doing just fine,” he said according to Hello! “He’s a wonderful father and very present and he’s here for an amazing cause so I don’t see that as a problem.”

The trip was believed to be for two days, but he was later seen on a British Airways flight that weekend. An unknown source is now claiming to know how the father felt about being away from his wife and newborn.

He reportedly found it difficult to leave them

Over the next six weeks, over one million people are expected to attend cricket matches and World Cup activations in the eleven host venues across England and Wales, with a further 1.5 billion watching around the world. A source claims that it was hard for the new father to part ways to go on the trip. The new mom still reportedly handled being without him well.

Harry left for Italy and it was very difficult for him to leave Archie and Meghan,” a source told Us Weekly. “He wants to spend every second he can with them.” The source claims that the Duchess “has really taken to motherhood.”

The royal couple has reportedly kept their household a certain way for the newborn. “Meghan and Harry are first-time parents so they want everything in their house to be organic, healthy and good for the baby,” revealed the insider.

There are also reports that the couple didn’t hire additional staff like a nanny or chef for their home at Frogmore Cottage so they are doing a lot of it on their own.

Markle has reportedly been getting visitors lately

Markle might not be going to events but she is reportedly getting visitors. One of which was someone who threw her a baby shower.

There is a report that Serena Williams and her husband, Alexis Ohanian visited Meghan Markle and baby Archie. Williams was sort of close by because she had to go to the French Open. This report has yet to be confirmed.

Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas reportedly also visited the two at Windsor last weekend, according to The Sun’s royal correspondent Emily Andrews. “They thought baby Archie was just adorable, and Meg is loving her new life,” a source told Andrews. “She looked fantastic and has taken to life as a mum swimmingly.”

Chopra and Jonas reportedly gifted her many gifts including a bubble blower that cost $250 from Tiffany & Co.

It sound like the couple is trying to strike a balance at this time between their royal duties and family. Markle’s friends has reportedly shown their support by visiting.
